Nativity Scene Wall Hanging

Hello all and Happy New Year! I was busy as a bee sewing for Christmas and here is one of the items that I made. Actually I made four. I made it from a couple of patterns that I purchased from Burlap and Blossoms on Etsy. I made each quilt block and then connected them together then I added a beautiful crystal button to the star.     Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Christmas Wallet Mini Album- Heavy Photos

Good morning everyone!  I am here with another Christmas wallet mini album. I made this one for our daughter Nicole.
This is the outside of my mini album.
I love the red and green plaid and how the gold shines! Look at the cute little jingle bells!
I love the cute sentiment tag as well!
Opening the mini album. I embossed the two little pockets in shiny gold holly print.I added pull out holly mats. The papers are a woodland Christmas theme.
I just love this paper pad!  Look at those vintage cars! I added some snowflake Washi Tape too.
Here it is opened up all the way. I just love these little mini albums!     It is so hard to take photos of mini albums though.
This is the back of the mini album. Isn't the snowman in the jar cute!
Well I hope you enjoyed seeing my mini album!      Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Snowball Bag Topper

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a nice morning!     It snowed here a few days ago and when I was telling my 3 year granddaughter about it she asked if we could build a snowman and send a picture. Well our grandson Zachary built a snowman with a friend and I was sad Ruby couldn't join in on the snow fun sooooooooo...........
I made up a package of snowballs for her to throw at Mommy and Daddy!      The snowballs are another thrift store find months ago. I actually got them to put in a bowl or little bucket with maybe some holly. They crunch like real snow but are very soft and light.   When I remembered that I had them I thought how great it would be to package up a few for Ruby and send them to her.
Ruby loves penguins so I looked in the Silhouette Store and found these adorable little penguins and this cute sentiment. I already had the bag topper file so I got busy and made this cute bag topper for the snowballs. I cut the snowballs and snowy hill in white glitter paper.  I made her Rudolph toddler pillowcases the same day. Well they are all in the mail and she is supposed to get them Saturday. I told our daughter Amy to let her open them when she receives them so she could play with the snowballs and have her Christmas pillowcases now.  Ruby is going to love them! Watch out for the snowballs Mommy and Daddy!
Here is Zachary's snowman.
And here is Zachary and the snowman. Zachary is a Florida boy and has never seen real snow before.

Thank you for stopping buy and have a great evening!

HO HO HO Santa Christmas Card

Hello everyone, I hope your morning is going well!   Here is my last Christmas card for the season (unless something comes up and I need another).
I found this brand new in the original package stamp and die set at a thrift store for .49!!!!! Can you believe it .49!!!!!! It had two different Santa stamps, several sentiment stamps and the cutting die for Santa. Forty nine cents!!! I love thrift stores! It's like a treasure hunt every time you go!
I stamped the Santa, colored him then heat embossed his beard and parts of his hat. I love how it sparkles and shines!
I die cut the stitched scallop circle and smaller circle, die cut Santa and popped him slightly. I stamped the sentiments and Heat embossed them in gloss black. I used a stitched rectangle to die cut the HO HO HO sentiment. I die cut the holly and berries. I had this beautiful red and black buffalo check paper I purchased at JoAnn's. I love buffalo check!
Isn't he adorable and .49!!!!!!!!!!
Here is the inside of my card. I heat embossed it with the same gloss black.    Well I hope you enjoyed seeing my card!         Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Gift Sleeve for Mini Christmas Spatula Set

Hello everyone I hope you are having a good morning!  I saw the cutest blog post the other day. I can't remember the blog, but she made a sleeve for a Christmas spatula. Well I found a set of mini Christmas spatulas and decided to make a sleeve for them.
I used tag and edge cutting dies I purchased on ebay. The gingerbread boy cardstock was from a 6x6 paper pad I have had for a while. The little heart on the tag is some I have left from Valentine's stickers.
I think it turned out so cute! I had two gingerbread man aprons (I purchased after Christmas last year) and I rolled them up and put them in a cute glitter round box with lid then attached these to the outside of the box. One each for Amy and Ruby.            Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Rudolph Toddler Pillowcases

Good morning everyone I hope you are all well! It is COLD but sunny here. Snow on the ground and warning of black ice on the roads.      I'm here with another sewing project. I made a set of Rudolph the red nosed reindeer toddler pillowcases for Ruby.
I made two little pillowcases and pressed them, folded them and tied them up with a red satin ribbon.      The Rudolph print is the main part of the pillowcase. The candy cane print is the open end of the pillowcase and the red with white dot is an accent strip.
I just LOVE this Rudolph fabric that I purchased at JoAnn Fabrics!   Maybe Ruby will dream of Rudolph and candy canes while sleeping on these sweet pillowcases.  Sweet dreams little Miss Ruby!            Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Christmas Cookie Wallet Mini Album- Heavy Photos

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good day! I have been crafting again! I purchased a few files from Silhouette . One of the files that I purchased was this cute wallet mini album. I almost didn't purchase it but since it was .99 I sure am happy I did!
I think this is soooo cute!
I love the red and white stripe glitter cardstock! The gingerbread boy is made from a die I purchased on ebay.
Opening the mini album.
Aren't the little pockets at the bottom cute. The mats pull out.
This is the album opened out.
I love the papers. The are from a 6x6 Christmas paper pad I purchased a year or two ago. I LOVE the little utensil die cuts, can you believe they just arrived in the mail TODAY! Just in time to do this album! The little recipe card was from the paper pad. You can take the recipe card out. I used some Christmas Washi tape that says Be Merry.
It was kind of hard to take photos, but I wanted you to see how it opened.
Here are the cute prints on the flip side.
Here is the flip side.      Well I hope that you enjoyed seeing my wallet mini album! Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Christmas Decorations

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  We had a nice quiet one. I am still getting over bronchitis.    My husband said it is supposed to be 16 degrees in the early morning hours, brrrrrr.
I wanted to share a few photos with you.
Here is our tree.

 All ready for Christmas.

Here is another of the tree, the lights show up better here.
The reason for the season. My little nativity.
See the snow outside, it's all melted now. Nice a cozy inside.
Amy and Ruby made the beautiful ceramic wreath. It lights up. I love it!
Some of my collection. I love the little gingerbread boy.
Santa is keeping watch over the yummy Christmas goodies.         Thank you for stopping by, have a good evening and stay warm!
