Run, don't walk over to your favorite CD store and get this awesome disc! All my favorite things....Yo Yo Ma, Chris Thile, Stuart Duncan, fiddling, viol da gambas (!), mandolin, banjo, and one of the greatest folk songs I've ever heard. I can't listen to it without getting all teary....(could be menopause, though...just saying!)
I got turned on to this cd over at coldantlerfarm. Thanks, Jenna! Watch closely, Chris Thile is playing a viol da gamba like a mandolin...way cool!
