New Products from Bee Crafty!

Hi There! Yesterday we had a fabulous time launching two brand new stamp sets, 2 new sets of Catalyst cards with 3 sizes and full colour or greyscale options and some gorgeous transparency sentiments. My first card was created during my facebook live which you can find here for the next 30 days but also on my You Tube channel
The new Catalyst cards are absolutely gorgeous and it is very easy to create a quick and simple card like this with them.
In my journal I created a rainbow background with dylusions paints then used the stamps and transparencies to create these pages.
By stamping a panel of card with the clocks and cogs, I made this clean and simple card.
This z fold card showcases another of the stunning papers and one of the stamp sentiments. The clock was coloured using inks blended through 2 different texture discs.
The brand new ledger catalyst cards were perfect for this vintage effect card.
I love the colours on this catalyst card! A perfect backdrop for the simply stamped and embossed clocks.
I smooshed some ink onto a piece of card that was a perfect fit for the large clock with just enough space for the sentiment. I also added some stamped cogs to that gorgeous design of catalyst card
Finally this rainbow card was made by brushing ecoline inks over a piece of watercolour card and adding a few sprinkles of salt. Once it was dry I stamped the clocks and cogs and added the transparency sentiment.

The new stamps, transparencies and catalyst cards can be found on the website following this link:

New Stamps and a bit of news!

Hi There! I am here with a few samples that I made using the brand new Autumn and Winter stamps from Bee Crafty, released yesterday.  First up is a little journal page (on the right) featuring the Mixed Leaves Art Stamps, swirling over a smooshed stormy sky background.

This Bauble card was made using the Doodle Art Baubles, over a background of splattered Distress spritz on black card.

Next we have the Doodle Art Christmas Pud, which is a beautiful big stamp! I made it into a round easel card and it needed very little else.

Also on the Doodle Art Baubles is this beauty, which I teamed up with a smooshed and stamped background.
The Doodle Art Pumpkins are just so beautiful and I have paired them up on both of the following with kraft card to make the colours pop!
As you can see the new stamps are absolutely gorgeous! I am so excited about using them and have many more plans for projects.

You can find the whole of the Autumn and Winter collection here with a lovely saving if you buy the whole bundle of stamps. There are also some fabulous transparencies too!

AW24 Collection

I didn't make quite as many samples as I intended due to a little mishap. This was why there was no blog post last week.

Fortunately I am left handed, so I am still managing a few bits of crafting. I discovered I can certainly still colour and cutting out is okay in small doses. If all is well when I have my next xray on Friday I should be able to try a few more things. Here's a couple of Baubles, coloured, cut out and waiting to be put onto a card very soon.

New Stamps!

Hi There! Did you see the new stamps from bee crafty that were launched yesterday? Here are my samples...

For this I used 3 colours of distress oxide ink - Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed. The flowers were coloured with alcohol markers.
This mandala stamp fits perfectly in the centre of the mandala inkable. This was Tea dye, Fossilised Amber and Peeled Paint Distress ink.
I stamped in Versamark ink and brushed using Mica  powders on the left and Embossed the Moonflower stamp in silver on the right hand page before painting with metallic paint.
The background stamp was inked with Mustard seed, Spiced marmalade and Picked Raspberry Distress ink. The flower was coloured with Alcohol Markers.

The journal page was sprayed with Dylusions sprays and Distress spritz. The flowers were coloured with alcohol markers
The background on this card was inked with Distress oxide inks. I used a tag inkable from set one and a wordy sticker
Finally here's my card from my Facebook live yesterday. I really enjoyed making it.

I will be back playing with the new stamps tonight at 8pm over on the Facebook page
Hope you can join me! Thanks for looking!

My samples from the May 24 release for Bee Crafty

Hi There! I am here today with my samples from the new stamps, D'inkables, Catalyst cards,  transparencies mdf and wordy stickers launched yesterday on facebook.
The first two cards feature the greyscale catalyst cards and the birds from Journaling Essentials #6. It is so easy to add a pop of colour to the greyscale cards using either ink or the coloured papers.
Both of the new stamp sets are so gorgeous! The bold silhouette stamps are great for inking up in more than one colour, and the outline stamps are great for colouring in using your favourite mediums. They can be teamed up with the catalyst cards or your own inky backgrounds.
The wordy stickers are great as sentiments for cards or journal pages.
For this inky background I used some of the new dinkables
If you look closely at the background of this card you can see the leaf stamped in the smaller size found on the Journaling Essentials #2 stamp set.
The leaf outline stickers are great for embossing like the white on black I did here.
Both of these cards were made using the transparencies that come in a larger size than the stamps. Again they look great against the catalyst cards or your own inky background.
I used several of the new d'inkables and also some of the worker stamps in this inky background.
Finally, here is my first attempt using the book binding kit. It is a really fabulous kit and I can see myself making lots of them!
The Catalyst cards are the perfect size to add to the cover and the book can be stitched to hold the pages, or elastic added so the pages are removeable.
All of the products in the May release can currently be found by following this link to the website.

New Bee Crafty stamps and D'inkables samples

Hi There! Did you see the new stamps and dinkables from Bee Crafty launched yesterday? Here are the samples I made with them. For the first I used distress oxide inks in crackling campfire and uncharted mariner.
My second sample used resist technique using clear embossing over a distress oxide background.
My Hey Sunshine card was made by smooshing some mixed media card, then adding to the background with stamps and the new dinkables. The flowers were stamped onto watercolour card and coloured using ecoline pens.
This concertina card was made with Distress oxide sprays, texture paste and watercoloured flowers.
This is a simple single layer card with leaves and sentiment heat embossed in copper.
I decided to use autumn colours to stamp the leaves, masking off a strip using tape, that was then used to stamp the sentiment.

Finally here is the card I made during my live yesterday
You can find the bundle here but only for today.

The new stamps and inkables are:

Journaling Essentials #4

Journaling Essentials #5

D'inkables set 13

Thanks for looking! I hope you can join me live at 8pm over on the Bee Crafty Facebook page.

New Stamps from Bee Crafty!

Hi There! Last Wednesday Two gorgeous new sets of Stamps and some fantastic MDF were launched on Bee Crafty's Facebook page. I had so much fun playing with them! For the first one I created the frame using Dina Wakeley gloss drops and the Circles 1 big one inkable. The tree was coloured with alcohol markers.

I was aiming for a Christmas jumper type look for this card. The background was created using Texture discs set 2 and vintage photo distress ink.

The beautiful Doodle Art Christmas tree looks equally beautiful stamped and coloured or heat embossed. Here I stamped onto Kraft card and heat embossed using detail white powder

My next two cards were created by embossing in white on black and black on white, then cutting from the point of the star to the centre of the trunk.
The first is quite plain but for the second I added a few red highlights and a border from freehand borders 2.
Ink blending and stamping in Distress inks (Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Peacock feathers) were used to create this background.

For this card I blended Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink from another texture disc from Set two, then stamped in Green Versafine Clair around the centre. The border was stamped with the same Lumberjack Plaid ink.
I stamped the tree onto shrink plastic, coloured with alcohol markers then shrank and placed into a clear plastic bauble with some chunky glitter
My final two cards were created during my Facebook live on the Launch day.

You can find the Doodle Art Christmas tree stamp set here.
The Christmas Mixed Messages are here
They are available a a bundle here
