DIY Ice Packs



Ice packs are my saving grace when it comes to migraines. And right now, my expensive, store-bought ice pack has a leak. In fact, it has since about my 3rd time using it. Seems like a waste of money, right? Well, Saving 4 Six got smart and made her own. What a fabulous idea! Then, if it gets a leak, you're only out some pocket change.

Ice Chalk

 

This idea from Reading Confetti is so awesome! I've seen chalk paint, and the option to turn it into spray, but I've never seen ice chalk before! It sounds delightful during the upcoming summer months. It would even be easy enough to put together for your Memorial Day celebrations!
