DIY Ice Packs



Ice packs are my saving grace when it comes to migraines. And right now, my expensive, store-bought ice pack has a leak. In fact, it has since about my 3rd time using it. Seems like a waste of money, right? Well, Saving 4 Six got smart and made her own. What a fabulous idea! Then, if it gets a leak, you're only out some pocket change.
