Jacksonville Zoo August 2013   I don't even remember taking this shot, but I thought it was just too interesting not to share. This creature looks like he's playing peek-a-boo and sticking his tongue out at me. August 2013   I've missed a couple of weeks of Friday photo posts, but I'm back. These are some more sights from last year's zoo trip. Did you know wattled cranes can grow up to six feet tall?    

So just a few words- these are from my parents' fiftieth wedding anniversary reception last weekend. More photos here . Linking up to Photography Friday .

I was attempting to work out Saturday, doing some sit ups in the living room floor. My malinois is always there to coach me. When she finally settled down in the floor with her kong, I noticed she was facing the most perfect light, so I grabbed the camera and took some shots.

  Oct. 2012   It's time for a little Halloween fun so I'll be sharing some Halloween photos for the next few weeks. 

When we visited the Outer Banks last year, we didn't see any wild ponies but we did stop to see these in an observation area at Ocracoke.

From my mother in law's garden May 2011 Hi all. In case your wondering what these posts are about, on Tuesdays I post a picture from my archives or travels and such. I don't provide very many details, hence, the saying a picture is worth a thousand words. They speak for themselves. It's just a way to share some photography and motivate me to edit all these photos!
