"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

SNOW MAMMA / DB #7...

As you can tell - I love snow people!!! We have a super fab new challenge over at the Dilly Beans Challenge Blog - the theme is Frosty! For this challenge I used Snow Mamma, she is ADORABLE!!!

It's hard to see, but there are stickles on the snow, hat & gloves. For the background panel os "snow", I inked the embossing folder in Soft Sky ink before running it through the Big Shot. I added a ton of buttons for the 'snow'.

Other challenges for this card:
Crafting For All Seasons: Snowmen/ Snowflakes

Bye for now!

HONEYSUCKLE / WFCo New Release...

It's a wonderful Wednesday! Hope you're having an awesome day! This new image "Honeysuckle" is one of my new favorites! I think it make a sweet, happy card! I colored it with Copics, and used some wrinkle ribbon from my sweet friend Sherry! She hand dyes it - so gorgeous! She also sells it, so go visit! We're working on a little shopping page for her, but until then you can just email her. Her ribbon colors are gorgeous!

I got a really awesome comment at the shop from Theresa (so sweet):

EASTER PIG / WFCo Release, SGC & CCC #67...

My newest image is called Easter Pig! When I was little my dad always teased me that there was no Easter Bunny, just an Easter Pig. In recent years he has managed to find Easter Pig cards and figures for me... this image is based on a figurine he gave me a few years ago.

ALEX & NOAH / SSSC #101, PPCC #45 & ASC #34...

Good morning! This is Alex & Noah, with matching sentiments called Brothers Big & Small. Since I made a digi of a ragdoll Maisie and her imaginary sister, I should make an Alex digi, too! I try to keep things VERY even around my house. Kids are the first responders when it comes to calling things fair & square - lol! Plus Alex loves coloring, so he'll like this!

I used Karen's sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge for my little card, and also the theme of guys cards from Aly's Sunday Sketch and Penny's Paper Crafty anything goes challenge. Laos playing with the Southern Girls with dry embossing!

Have a great day!!!

WHIMSICAL GIRL: THE KISS / CS #20, PPA #76 & SGC #10...

Here a little card I whipped up before work this morning as the kids drank their milk & watched Timmy Time... I used a Bee Crafty digi, Whimsical Girl: The Kiss. Isn't it the cutest?!?

< div="" style="text-align: right;">

I based this card on an awesome sketch I found over at Cardabilities. This seemed perfect for Pals Paper Arts' Valentine theme & Southern Girls (I'm a southern girl in the US - but I think these southern girls are farther south than me!) totally loved up theme.

I love saving all my ribbon scraps to add to buttons at a later date for some added "flair". Actually I hate throwing ANYTHING away, just ask my hubby! He wanted to help me clean my craft area one time and promptly stopped when he heard me screeching... he was throwing away bits if ribbon and paper - LOL!

Other challenges for this card:
Pile It On - Children
Stamp Something - Digi Day
Crafty Card Makers - Red & a die cut
Scrap-Creations - Love is in the air
Stampin' B's - Die cuts

Have a great day!
