A Day at the Beach

This week at Creative Knockouts, we want you to use die cuts or punches on your card.

I used the sand pail from the The Sandbox set by Jan's Digi Stamps.  The sentiment comes from that set as well.  I found this fabulous glitter cardstock from Violet Studio at Tuesday morning.  The glitter does not shed and it is heavier weight.  It cut beautifully. I bought packs in almost every color they had!

You have a chance to win a $6 gift certificate for the shop.  That's enough to buy this entire set!  Click on the badge below to check out Jan's shop.

Sand and Sea

Welcome back to the new challenge at Creative Knockouts.  Our theme this week is super easy as it is anything goes.

I used Sand Dune Silhouettes from Artsystamper.  I printed the silhouette on some sandy brown paper and cut out the top edge to give some perspective.  I added some paper from the Bo Bunny Popsicle collection for the sea and then some sky.  I popped up one of the cloud dies, the image and the sentiment to give the card some dimension.

Flowers for You

This week at Crafty Sentiments, our theme is anything goes.

This stamp is called For You Mum.  I thought it would make a great Mother's Day card, but then realized this post would be after Mother's Day!  This stamp works for so many occasions though.  I use Copic markers to color the stamp.  The background paper has gorgeous rose gold foil accents you can just see at the top of the card and so do the paper straws.

Happiness

This week at Creative Knockouts, our challenge is to use buttons.

I chose my image from the Showers of Tulips set by Jan's Digi Stamps.  What I didn't realize when I chose this image was that it is only available pre-colored.  I was looking forward to coloring all of those gorgeous tulips!  The sentiment is part of the stamp set as well.  I used a banner cut file on my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the layered banner.

You have a chance to win a $10 gift certificate for the store.  Click below to pop over and see what's available.

Spring Planting

This week at the Crafty Sentiments Designs challenge, the theme is spring.  I know many people who are looking forward to spring!  Spring means pretty flowers and sometimes you have to do a little work to have those pretty flowers.

Josh decided to get an early start on his flower beds!  This is Josh Planting and he is hard at work getting his garden ready.  He was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  I used a little silver Wink of Stella on his trowel to give it some sparkle and shine.

You have a chance to win some great Crafty Sentiments prizes.  If you are chosen as the random winner and you used a Crafty Sentiments image or rubber stamp, you get extra prizes!  See the badge below for all of the details.

I hope you will celebrate spring and come play with us!

Merry and Bright

Wow!  Can you believe Christmas is so close?!  Over on the Rubbernecker Stamps blog I shared another Christmas project.

This is Moose With Lights and he was colored using Copic Markers.  The sentiment can also be found in the Rubbernecker Stamps store.  I fussy cut the moose.  I really, really need to learn how to use my PixScan mat for my Silhouette!

Be sure to pop over to the blog on Christmas Day, because the entire team has created a Christmas project to share with you.
