SheetLoad of Fall Birthday Cards

Hello all! I purchased the Joyfall Gathering paper pad from The Paper Studio a couple months ago because I loved all the beautiful fall prints in it. I decided I needed to put those papers to great use by making a SheetLoad of cards. The template I used was from September 2020.
These were fairly quick to put together! On the stamped panel I used Raisin Boat Damask Elegance set with SB.com Orange Cream ink for the image as well as Raisin Boat Flourishing Thoughts with VersaFine Onyx Black ink for the sentiment.

Adhesives used include ATG and Bearly Art precision tip glue.
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Skye 3rd Birthday Card

Hello all!  Do you know any Paw Patrol fans?  My daughter is definitely one of them!  She just celebrated her third birthday and she wanted a Skye birthday card and cake.  Gotta love the kids that just think mom can achieve anything ;)  Anyway, here is the card I made for her.
All patterned papers are from the DCWV Confetti Party stack.  It is gorgeous and as you can see on the balloons, some papers have a holographic foil treatment.  The Skye was simply an image from the internet that I printed off and cut around with my Brother Scan N Cut.  I popped up that up with foam tape and added GMD rainbow bling rhinestones around the image.
The 3 was designed in my SCAL 4 software, cut on the Cameo and was also popped up with foam tape.  You can see somewhat in the picture below that I covered the whole number with clear Wink of Stella glitter because my daughter absolutely loves "gwittah"!  The wording is from a retired stamp set, but it worked perfectly for this card.  The best part of all is that Autumn loved this card to pieces!
I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

P.S. If you would like to see a flip through of the DCWV Confetti Party stack, I have this one up on YouTube!

Birthday Mini Slimline SheetLoad of Cards

This month Alicia from Call Me Crafty Al shared a mini slimline SheetLoad of cards.  I have never made this style of card before, so I thought I'd give it a whirl and I think the cards turned out great!  I followed one of her DT's example and rotated the sketch.  Thanks Karen Aicken for that inspiration!
The papers I used were from 2 different paper pads, DCWV Treasures and The Paper Studio Against the Grain.  The papers were not full sheets, so I ended up making 7 instead of the 10 cards that the instructions yield.
Other products used on these cards include:  Raisin Boat Talking in Circles stamp set, Versafine Onyx Black ink, clear embossing powder, CC stitched circle die, Bearly Art precision glue, and black Pearl Pen.  I did add more black cardstock layers to this card, so here is a list of the sizes in case you would like to make similar cards:  6 1/8" x 3 1/8" (background), 3 5/8" x 1 3/8" (banner), and 3 1/4" x 1 5/8" (horizontal strip).
While these turned out well, I felt like making cards this size wasted cardstock for the bases.  I think I primarily stick with A2 or regular slimline cards so I don't have as many white cardstock scraps left over.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Here is what I made for today's inspiration...an oh-so-popular slimline style card using the Handy Man stamp set and 3.5” x 8.5” patterned cardstock from the Handy Man Pack.
I stamped several wood plan images in Scrapbook.com Charcoal ink onto gray cardstock and used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut them out.  I inked around the outside of them with Scrapbook.com Rainy Day ink for a little extra distressing and laid them out in a haphazard fashion on the patterned cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment, also from the Handy Man stamp set in Charcoal ink, matted it, and adhered it to the card front.  Totally Sky and Totally Blue Trendy Twines were the perfect match to embellish with and I added those around the sentiment before adhering the patterned paper to the matted card base.  Last, but not least, I placed a trio of silver foil enamel dots in the top corner.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

So what do I have for you today?? A slimline shaker card!  I had a lot of fun creating it!  Items I used from the Ghost Pack include the striped cardstock and Raisin Boat Boo Hoo stamp set.
The image and sentiment were stamped with Scrapbook.com hybrid black ink.  I colored the image with Artify alcohol markers.  I prepared the striped cardstock by distressing it with Distress Oxide inks in the following colors: Faded Jeans, Spiced Marmalade, Peeled Paint, Fossilized Amber.  I just laid the ink on my glass mat, spritzed it with water then saturated a paint brush with it and splattered away!
After that was dry, I cut a hole in the center to frame the stamped image.  I adhered acetate and foam tape around the rectangle then added polymer clay slices, sequins, and candy pieces that were stamped from the Boo Hoo stamp set, colored, and cut with my Brother Scan N Cut.  Once the shaker was assembled, I embellished the front with Gray Licorice Trendy Twine, the sentiment. and more stamped candies!

Keep in mind that quantities are limited for the Ghost Pack!  Once they are gone, you will not be able to get any of the cute extras included with the stamp sets.  Remember the Chicken Pack that we released in July?  That sold out over one weekend, so don't wait to grab this set!

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!

Birthday Chick Card

Good morning!  I am sharing another chicken themed card for SumMore Fun today.  This one has a totally different feel to it than the others that I shared.  I went super cutesy with this one :)  The stamps I used are from the Raisin Boat Chicken Coop stamp set.  The Chicken Pack bundle that was available this past weekend is sold out, but two of the three stamp sets are available for individual purchase, so go check them out!
To start with, I stamped the balloons and chick from RB Chicken Coop with Scrapbook.com black hybrid ink onto white paper.  After coloring them with Artify markers (which I really love!), I cut them out with my Brother Scan N Cut.  I decided to do a slimline card for the very first time with the images because I thought that layout would look the best.  Once the balloons were arranged how I liked them on a white piece of cardstock, I glued them down and drew black lines to the chick to look like strings.
For accents on the balloons, I added small enamel dots and white gel pen doodles.  I stamped the sentiment from the RB Chicken Coop in black as well then added Trendy Twines that matched the balloons (Orangesicle, Twisted Lime, Peppermint, Lemon Tart, Blue Berry TT).  The whole stamped panel was popped up with foam tape and matted with patterned cardstock from the DCWV Celebration Stack.

I hope you have a wonderfully crafty day!
