Bird and Cage

Seedless preserve, Dusty Concord, Faded Jeans, Chipped Saphire, Mermaid Lagoon, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Forest Moss and Vintage Photo Distress inks, Hero Arts Unicrn White Pigment ink, Wow White Embossing Powder, Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops, paint brush, oval makeup blending brush, watercolor cardstock, transparent glitter and pearls.

Instructions:
Card base : Take a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" white card base and ink the edges lightly with Seedless preserve and Dusty Concord Distress inks. Take a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of white cardstock and ink it softly using Mustard Seed Distress ink and large oval makeup blending brush. Start from slightly left of the center and radiate towards the edges to create a radial gradient effect. Die cut the cage from white cardstock using the die from Decorative Cage Die. Apply a thin layer of Designer Dries Clear Adhesive on the front using Hydra Sponges and sprinkle transparent glitter. Let it dry and then burnish with finger tips to remove excess glitter. Adhere it to the card panel slightly off-center to the left as shown. Trim off the die cut hanging off the edges. Adhere this panel on the card base using  Darice Adhesive Foam Strips.

Focal Image : Stamp the bird image from Floral Song Cling Stamp Set on a piece of watercolor cardstock using Jet Black Archival Ink . Color the image using Seedless preserve, Dusty Concord, Faded Jeans, Chipped Saphire, Mermaid Lagoon, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Forest Moss and Vintage Photo Distress inks. Die cut it using the matching die from Floral Song Die. Die cut 4 more pieces of white cardstock using the same die stack and adhere them together to make a thicker piece. Adhere this piece on the cage die cut as shown.

Sentiment : Stamp the sentiment from Celebrate Love Sentiments Cling Stamp Set using Hero Arts Unicorn White pigment ink on a piece of black cardstock. Heat emboss it using Wow White Embossing Powder and Heat It Craft Tool. Trim it to make a banner. Adhere it using  Darice Adhesive Foam Strip as shown.

Flowers : Stamp the flowers from Wisteria Petals Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Majestic Violet Archival Ink Pad several times and die cut using matching die from Wisteria Petals Die. Ink them with Majestic Violet and Vibrant Fuchsia Archival Ink.

Leaves : Stamp the leaves from Cascading Wisteria Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Olive Archival Ink. Die cut it using matching die from Cascading Wisteria Die. Ink it using Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Forest Moss distress inks.

Shape all the flowers and leaves using Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and Groove Golf Tool Set. Add yellow stamens from Small Pastel Pearl Stamens to the flower centers. Adhere the flowers and leaves on the colored image as shown.

Add a drop Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops on the eye of the bird and apply 3-D Crystal Lacquer to the beak. Add few ladybugs made with Ebony Black and  Red Berry Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower arrangement. Also apply few drops of Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower arrangement. Add pearls to the die cut to add finishing touch.

Instructions:
Take 2 pieces of 6 1/2" x 2 1/2" and 6 1/2" x 4" and die cut the top of both pieces using the dies from Fleur Border Basics Die. Score the shorter piece at 1/2" and the taller piece at 6". Fold on the score lines and adhere the tabs on the left and right sides of a 6" x 6" cardstock to create a trifold card. Mat all the sides using papers from Cascading Petals Paper Collection.

Stamp the bird images from Floral Song Cling Stamp Set on a piece of watercolor cardstock using Jet Black Archival Ink. Color the image using Seedless Preserve, Mermaid Lagoon, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Vintage Photo Distress inks. Die cut it using the matching dies from Floral Song Die. Die cut 4 more pieces each of white cardstock using the same dies, stack and adhere them together to make a thicker pieces. Adhere these pieces on the borders as shown.

Stamp the flowers from Wisteria Petals Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Majestic Violet Archival Ink Pad several times and die cut using matching die from Wisteria Petals Die. Ink them with Majestic Violet and Vibrant Fuchsia Archival Ink.

Stamp the leaves from Cascading Wisteria Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Olive Archival Ink. Die cut it using matching die from Cascading Wisteria Die. Ink it using Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Forest Moss distress inks.

Shape all the flowers and leaves using Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and Groove Golf Tool Set. To make the wisterias take 3 purple stamens from Bright Bead Stamens and twist them together and add few shaped flowers. Then separate the stamens and add flowers on the individual stamens to create a tapering cluster of flowers. Adjust the petals to your liking and then add a drop of glue to each flower center. Adhere the flowers and leaves on the colored image as shown.

Use the Hydra Sponges to add a little bit of Designer Dries Clear Adhesive on the flowers and leaves and sprinkle them with transparent glitter.

Add a drop Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops on the eye of the bird and apply 3-D Crystal Lacquer to the beak. Add few ladybugs made with Ebony Black and Red Berry Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower arrangement. Also apply few drops of Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower arrangement. Add rhinestones to the die cut and flower centers to add finishing touch.

Wild Rose Shaker Card

Today we are launching a gorgeous collection all of you have been waiting for

The Wild Rose Collection!

This collection has 2 floral stamp and die set along with the 3D molds and this has 7 sizes of flowers and the 3D molds make it so quick and east to shape the flowers... a must have for every crafter who likes to make handmade flowers. There is also a basket die set in this collection which can be used to make lots of different kinds and shapes of baskets and decorative accents. And the paper pack is simply beautiful.
This set has so much potential!
I had a lot of fun creating with this collection. For today I have created a sparkly shaker card with this collection.
