Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls

Homemade cinnamon rolls?  I often don't have the time to make them and when my family wants cinnamon rolls I reach for Pillsbury.  They have become a favorite over the years for a quick breakfast treat or a late night snack.  I always have a tube or two in the fridge for when the craving for cinnamon rolls strikes.  They are easy to make and delicious to eat in less than 20 minutes.
My Blog Spark offered me a VIP coupon for Pillsbury Sweet Rolls  to try and review on my blog as well as a photo album.  The coupon was for one free roll of my choice of sweet rolls.  I did not choose the Orange Sweet Rolls that were being featured as my family does not like the flavor of orange.

With today's hectic schedules, leisurely mornings and breakfast with the family are difficult to come by. Luckily, Sundays present the perfect opportunity to reconnect and share a delicious breakfast together. Packed with the love and flavor of a treat made from scratch, but without the time and cleanup, Sweet Rolls are the perfect addition to your family's traditions.

I wanted to share my recipe for homemade cinnamon rolls but my recipe is missing!  I have a mystery to solve this weekend.

Weekend Cooking hosted by Beth Fish Reads every weekend. It is open to anyone who has any kind of food-related post to share: Book (novel, nonfiction) reviews, cookbook reviews, movie reviews, recipes, random thoughts, gadgets, fabulous quotations, photographs.

All comments will be entered to win a VIP (free) coupon for  Pillsbury rolls as well as the pictured photo album

Disclosure:  The coupon,  product, information, photo album and giveaway are all provided by Pillsbury through MyBlogSpark

Cereal Coupon Offer

General Mills announced a commitment to further reduce sugar in cereals advertised to kids under 12 to single digit grams of sugar per serving. The company has already been reducing sugar in cereals while increasing key nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D, and providing whole grain.

Did you know that ready-to-eat cereal eaters consume less fat, less cholesterol and more fiber than non-cereal eaters? Cereals also deliver important vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients, making cereal a top source of key nutrients in children’s diets.

With brands such as Cheerios, Wheaties, Lucky Charms, Total, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fiber One, Reese's Puffs and Golden Grams, Big G has favorites for every family.

The entire Big G line is made with whole grains, which can play an important role in health.

The complex combination of vitamins, minerals, fiber and other substances found naturally in whole grains work together to help reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.

When my kids began getting involved in sports, breakfast was many times the only meal we shared together at the table.  They loved cereal and I tried to choose the healthier varities.  General Mills' committment to better nutrition makes those choices easier. My boys and I still enjoy eating cereal in the mornings and even for an evening snack.

Right now if you visit here you will find a $1 off coupon for one of four General Mills cereals.

For more information about kids and cereals, please visit Cereal Health and Wellness.
