Hi all,
I hope you had a good weekend. We met some friends who live down south and were up visiting family, which was lovely and then on Sunday we went to another fair. More rides! I am late posting this today, as I had a phone call at 8.20 from the supply agency asking me to work this morning. So, once I got Daisy on the school bus, I travelled to the school and got there by just after 9. I had a good morning, but by the time I had got home, had lunch and emptied the dishwasher, it was time to collect Daisy, so I didn't get any of my planned things done. Maybe I will do it tomorrow.
Over at Incy Wincy this week, we are sponsored by Stamp Fairy. I enjoyed playing with these wonderful digis again as I have a few. Our theme is to use more than one digi. The sun, fence, swing and little girl are all by Stamp Fairy and the tree is by Two peas in a bucket. I had a bit of trouble merging the stamps, but luckily hubby could help me. The paper is by Echo Park and the handmade paper is by Pie Lane.
I would like to enter this into the following:

Watch out Berlin!
Hi all,
It's been a gorgeous week here, weather wise. Daisy broke up for the Easter holidays today and this morning parents were invited to the Easter assembly and then the children took part in egg-rolling. I had never heard of this before, but apparently it is a tradition. Each child from each year group took it in turns to roll an egg along the ground. The aim was to reach a circular target. Daisy won the reception class competition and won a chocolate egg. She was desperate to have some when she got home from school. This will probably be my last post 'in person' for a couple of weeks, as we are travelling to Manchester on Sunday to fly to Berlin early Monday morning. Hubby's eldest brother and family live out there, so we are going to stay with them. I have a feeling that I won't get on the internet much, if at all, as we will be busy and it would be a bit rude to spend all evening on someone else's computer and ignore their company! Tomorrow night will be spent scheduling all my DT posts. Yippee!
My card is another I made last year for the competition and didn't post. The image is by Stamp Fairy, the sentiment is by Digital Delights and the papers are by First Edition.
I hope you have a lovely two weeks and I will see you later.

A blue birthday
I know, I'm not normally posting on a Friday, but I had to make a birthday card for our friends little girl who is 2. We woke up to snow today and it was the nativity play at Daisy's school this morning. I wasn't sure whether to go or not, but we did make it safely. My parents are driving up today to spend Christmas here. I am expecting a call soon to let me know where they are. I'll be happier when they are here safe.
Anyway, the image on my card is by Stamp Fairy. I have used my label nesties and some paper from a popcorn the bear CD I printed off a while ago and forgot about. The rosette uses sparkly card by Pie Lane. It's my first attempt at a rosette and I quite like the effect.

Flowers for you
Hi all,
Well, another week starts. I hope you had a good weekend. Yesterday, we went to a local show and met up with some of Daisy's school friends. There were some fair rides, a few animals and some stalls. It was lovely, even though it rained a bit. Martha got really grumpy though because she was too young to go on any rides, but really wanted to go on them with Daisy.
This week at Incy Wincy, we are sponsored by Stamp Fairy, who are offering a $9 gift certificate to the winner. Our theme is 'giving thanks', so any project with this sentiment would be great.
For my card, I have used Lenny flowers by Stamp fairy. The papers are scraps, so I'm not sure who made them and the flowers are by Wild Orchid.
I would like to enter this into:
Allsorts - feature a bear
Sentimental Sundays - anything goes
ECP challenges - thank you project
Squiggles and giggles - give thanks

All well for now
Hi all,
Happy Monday. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We went to pick up our bunnies - Morgan and Stanley. They are brother and sister and are 5 years old. A lovely friend agreed to have them while we were in Sydney, and we have just managed to get organised to get them. Daisy has wanted a pet for ages, so is happy to help feed them. I'm not sure how long it will last, though. I finally have time to do some housework today as Martha is well enough to go to nursery and Daisy is in school.
It's time for another challenge at Incy Wincy. This week we are sponsored by Stamp Fairy, who are offering a $9 Gift Certificate to the lucky winner. Our theme this week is distressing. I have used two free halloween digi stamps by Stamp fairy. The papers are by Digital Delights and I have
used scissors to 'ruin' them! I do enjoy this technique a lot. Please check out the rest of the fab projects by the DT.

Yes it really is a Christmas card!
Hi all, I hope you are having a good weekend. Hubby was away all weekend on a camping trip with some friends (us girlies are going away in a month's time - but not camping!), so I had loads of things planned for us to do. However, Daisy and Martha were ill from Wednesday and then half an hour after hubby left on Friday, I got the bug. So, we stayed in most of the weekend and watched TV. I think we are now recovered, but it was great timing.
Onto my card. I was planning to make loads this weekend until I became ill, so this is the only one I did. ABC Christmas Challenge's theme is F for Freebie and a sketch and the sponsor, who is the wonderful Stamp Fairy, has given a free image that can be used. I have used it and have gone for a mainly white card, which really isn't me, but I thought I would give it a go. The embossing was done with my big bite on the eyelet setting and the sparkly ribbon was from my recent trip to the craft fair.

Spring is in the air
I hope you all had a good day. I got all my jobs done as the girls were in kindy. Martha is slowly getting used to it, which I'm pleased about.
It's Monday so it's time for another Incy Wincy challenge. This week, I was let loose on the challenge blog to post the theme. I was nervous about it, but I think everything makes sense and is working, which is a bonus. This week we are sponsored by the fabulous Stamp Fairy. Gerda's designs are all wonderful and I want them all! The lucky winner gets to choose 3 digi images from the store. I wish I was able to join in.
Our theme this week is Spring is in the air as most of you are starting to leave winter and move to spring and warmer weather (hopefully). We, on the other hand, are heading into Autumn, but the weather is still lovely. So, we want to see your spring themed projects.
I decided to make a twisted easel card as I have never made one before.
To me, green and yellow are spring colours. I used a cute fairy image from the Stamp Fairy and sat her on a large fabric flower.
Go and check out the fab makes from the rest of the DT.
I would like to enter this into Crafts4Eternity challenge - make an easel card. (Thanks Pinky for giving me the details).
