Maybelline Iced Queen Dotticure

Hi girls! I just want to say how completely bummed I am that I have not done ONE Christmas mani so far this holiday season. This is my favorite time of year and it deeply saddens me that life has gotten in the way of it! I am finishing the first part of my Thesis, which I have to defend on Monday. I have been a big ball of stress lately!

The mani I have today is a fun dotticure! I ordered dotters from Amazon a while back and just got around to using them. Here is a break down of what I used

Base: Maybelline Iced Queen
Dots:
Dark purple = Model's Own - Pure Purple
Holographic: China Glaze IDK
Dusty purple: American Apparel Dynasty

Thanks for looking <3

A-England St. George & American Apparel Peacock

Happy Monday! Mine actually wasn't happy at all haha. I was completely out of it this morning. But it wasn't anything a Dunkin Donuts Punpkin Coffee couldn't fix.
For today's mani I wanted to do a stamp, but not full stamp mani so I came up with this:
A-England St George (STUNNING) and American Apparel Peacock.
St. George transfered to the stamper really well! Sometimes I find some polishes to be a little difficult to
stamp but it worked perfectly.

American Apparel hunter w*Revlon Stunning

Today I have yet another American Aparel polish that has not been featured on my blog, Hunter. Hunter is exactly what the name suggests, a true hunter green. It is an amazing creme that is so effortless to apply. I don't think I can stress enough how amazing the formula of these American Apparel nail polishes are.
Since I have been a little glitter obsessed lately I added a coat of Revlon's Stunning.

Share your favorite AA's if you have any :)
Thanks for looking!

American Apparel Dynasty w*LA Color Glitter

Hi ladies. I hope your weekend went better than mine did. My SO and I of four and a half years are taking some time apart :( This weekend is one of the most painful I have had to go through. All I can do is hope for the best.

I don't want to go on sobbing and bombard this post with negativity so moving on! I have been going through my stash and past blog posts so I can determine what polishes have not been featured on my blog yet. American Apparels Dynasty is one of them. I only have three AA polishes but I love the formula of every single one of them. They are so creamy, opaque, and one coat will do just the trick if you are in a bit of a rush.
Dynasty is a creamy light purple shade which I topped with a nameless L.A. Colors Color Craze glitter that I received as an extra in a swap!
I love the combo of these two polishes together!
Thanks for looking.

American Apparel Peackock

Today I am posting a brand of nail polish that I don't think I have
featured on my blog until now. Today I am wearing American Apparel's Peackock.
I only have three of their polishes but I do love them.
I also own Hunter and Dynasty. Add Image

What I love about these polishes is how opaque they are.
I used two coats for this mani but I could have easily just went with the one.
The application is also one of the easiest to work with in my experience.
I added a little something to my accent nail using tape.
The heart didn't come out as nice as I would have liked but it'll do!
I added a glitter top coat to it by the brand savvy

I also just wanted to mention my new obsession - Pinterest.
While it has semi ruined my life, I just cannot get enough of it!
Follow me if you have one :)

Pink Fauxnad Fun

The past couple of days I have been browsing tumblrs dedicated
to nail art.
There is such amazing creativity on tumblr its unbelievable
Needless to say, I was totally inspired & replicated a fauxnad
mani:
On my pinky I used one of the new Sally Hansen Insta-Dries in Rose Rush. I stamped it with BM19. On my ring finger I used OPI's Show It and Glow It (borrowed from a darling friend). I painted my middle finger Flawless by Essie and stamped it with BM17
On my index finger I used OPI's I Think in Pink and stamped it with BM02 using Konad white and Sally Hansen Rose Rush. I used American Apparel's Dynasty on my thumb and 2 images from BM17.
