Valoa! - I can see the Light!

 Jääkaapissa on valo! Ostin Millimarin kautta led-valoja ja pikkuriikkisiä pattereita. Nyt jääkaapissakin on valo! Kun vielä keksisi, miten sen saisi sammumaan, kun oven sulkee.

 There is a light in the refridgerator! I bought a little battery-operated led-lamp from Millimari.  Now I have even light in my refridgerator! Now I still would have to figure out how to I can make the light go off when the door is closed. 

Jääkaapin koko: korkeus 12.5cm, leveys 6.5cm ja syvyys oven kanssa 4.5cm (mitat tehty hyllyjen mukaan)

Kuvassa jääkaapin teossa käyttämäni tarvikkeet:

• ohutta puulevyä (bass wood), 2mm seiniksi, 3mm oveksi. Myös paspis- tai konepahvi käy
• muovilokerikon ylimääräisiä väliseiniä hyllyiksi 2-3 kpl
• Angry Birds - suklaamunista tulleita muovilaatikoita vihannes-ja hedelmälaatikoiksi
• sarananoita 2 kpl
• kuulakärkikynästä metallikahva
• muovisia kirjaimia (SMEG)
• kiiltävää valkoista akryylimaalia (Apple Barrel GLOSS 20621 White) sisustan maalaamiseen 
• mattaa valkoista akryylimaalia (Folkart 649 Warm white) ulkopuolen maalaukseen 
• hopeamaalia kirjainten maalaamiseen
• ovilaatikko on partakoneen terän suojus

The measurements for the refridgerator are: height 12.5cm, width 6.5cm and depth 4.5cm including the door. Measures are according to the plastic shelves.

Materials needed to make the refridgerator:

• sheet of bass wood, 2mm for the walls, 3 mm for the door. You can also use thick cardboard.
• spare pieces from a plastic container for the shelves.
• plastic boxes from Angry Birds - Easter eggs for the fruit and vegetable boxes. 
• two hinges
• a handle is from a pen
• plastic letters (SMEG)
• gloss white acrylic paint (Apple Barrel GLOSS 20621 White) for painting the inside
• matt white acrylic paint (Folkart 629 Warm White) for the outside or any color you like. 
• silver paint for the letters
• door shelf is a cover of a razor blade

Hana - Fauchet

 Tarvittavat osat: ohutta metallilankaa, koruosia, pisaranmallisia helmiä, hopeisia helmiä, henkarin metallia tms.

Parts needed: thin metal wire, different jewellery parts, silver pearl, tear-shaped pearls, metal hanger or something alike.

 Liimaa ja pihdit. Glue and tweezers.

 Kokoa tässä järjestyksessä. Liimaan myös seinään tulevat osat yhteen, kuten yllä olevat osat.
Asseble like this. Also glue the parts that are attached to the wall.

 Taivuta metallilankaa alaspäin molemmista päistä ja lisää hopeinen helmi ja pisaranmallinen helmi molempiin päihin. Bend the wire at both ends and add silver pearl and tear-shaped pearl to both ends.

Oikealla osat hanan vesiputkeen. On the right side are the parts for the water pipe of the fauchet.

Tässä osat ennen kiinnitystä ja metallilangan katkaisua. Here are the parts before the final assembly and cutting of the wire.

How to make a shelf with towel rack.

Kuinka tehdään hylly, jossa pyyheliinateline.


Materials: plastic doll house fence material, a piece of wood stained the color you want and black metal wire (or you can paint it matt black if you have some other color in hand).
Materiaalit: muovista nukkekotiaitaa, pala puuta sopivan sävyiseksi värjättynä ja mustaa metallilankaa (voit myös maalata muun värisen mattamustalla).

Cut the shelf supports with craft knife or scissors. Glue the self in place. Add the towel rack wire. I used SuperGlue Gel.
Leikkaa sopivat palat kannakkeiksi. Liimaa paikoilleen. Lisää vielä tanko pyyhetelineeksi. Liimana käytin geelimäistä pikaliimaa.

The shelf in place. As you can see the water tank supports are made from the same material.
