Mermaids Strike Again!!

Mermaids have inspired yet another mani for my nails!!

It was actually very hard to do both hands!! I am glad I took the time and had the patience because they really turned out nicely!!
I did a gradient for the pink, blue, and purple from dark to light. On the thumb I started with white and stamped with the Red Angel plate 111 using the three colors. On my accent nail, I did a gradient with pink, purple, and blue and then stamped with the RA-111 using white. The glitters I used are just loose holographic hex glitters.

Not So Blue Mani

Do I have a comeback mani for you!! I was inspired by a nail artist named Chelsea. Chelsea is the blog owner of Get Nailed, and boy is she creative!! I followed one of her videos on YouTube to create this look.

The colors I used are Sephora by OPI Slushied and OPI My Boyfriend Scaled the Walls. For the glitter I  did it a bit different then the way Chelsea uses them, I just used loose hex glitter I bought from Nail Envy.

I hope you love this mani as much as I did, because another variation is coming your way very soon!!

Valentines Day Mani #2

The other day I posted my very first Valentines Day mani. Well today, I have another one to show you!
After doing my mani I was really unsure as to what I should do to my other hand! I tried to something a little easier because I am not that good yet at doing nail art with my left hand.

The kisses were a huge hit on my last mani, so I decided to do a "kissed nail" to get the effect of an overwhelming amount of kisses is being given.

The colors and plate I used are all relatively the same, except for the index finger. For the index finger I used a base of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On, then one coat of Icing After Party, and one coat of OPI I Lily Love You.

The plate I used is BM02 from the 17 piece Bundle Monster stamping plate set.

Valentines Day Mani

I know Valentines Day is a little ways away, but it's one of my favorite occasions so I couldn't resist starting a mani.

Here are the colors and tools I used for this mani.
Sally Hansen White On, OPI DS Temptation, Lynnderella Love Potion No 99, Orly Bubbly Bombshell, Lynnderella The Telltale Heart, Shany Nail Art Stripers, OPI Planks A Lot, OPI That's Hot! Pink, Bundle Monster nail art tools, and Bundle Monster plate BM02.
I also used a heart rhinestone from an ebay set which is not pictured.

Here is a picture without flash to show the dimensions of the glitter.

What do you think? Im hoping to do a few more Valentines Day inspired manis, so I would love some feedback!

Halloween Graveyard

It's Halloween mani time! I love this time of year, especially Halloween! I haven't done much nail art but I plan on doing some for Halloween.

Here is my very first Halloween mani of the season!

natural light

with ghoulish glow on top

My cat had to get in on the action!
The colors I used were all China Glaze. The base is China Glaze Recycle and then I sponged on China Glaze Pelican Gray.

For the tombstone nails I used a dotting tool to write the RIP. On the bottoms I first sponged ChG Near Dark then lined the tips with ChG It's Alive.

The other nails I sponged ChG Haunting to give it a starry night sky look. The moon is ChG Pelican Gray, Ghoulish Glow, and Recycle mixed together.

I then sponged Ghoulish Glow and Recycle over the moon across the top to give it a hazed look.

I was almost finished until my cat came over and gave me a dirty look for not including a cat into this mani. That is what is on my pinky.

All of the nails are sponged with extra Ghoulish Glow as well. I hope you enjoyed, there will be many more to come :) Pin It

Grape Leopard

Ok so this is my first time doing a leopard print mani. I wasn't sure how I was going to do so I only did my accent nails.

I started off with two coats of China Glaze Grape Pop. I then used a dotting tool and OPI Black Onyx for the leopard print. Next, I used OPI DS Original for the spots.

As if it wasn't already blinged out enough i added some rhinestones. I love adding rhinestones to my mani's.
