Mini Pony Party: Sending You Sparkles

Happy Sunday! I'm here today because there is a special post on the TGF blog featuring the Mini Pony Party set from STAMPtember. This stamp set is a real cutie and exclusive to the month long celebration that is currently happening at Simon Says Stamp. It's a big party every day over there so make sure to pop on over and order all the exclusive stamps that you can along with lots of TGF cuties.  Now onto my project....

I was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest featuring penguins and snow and so I thought, why not pair the cute ponies and unicorns with elves getting ready for the big day (but of course having fun in the process). So here they are, getting ready for a big snowball fight. I wonder who will win. Thanks for stopping by!

Planner Time

Happy Monday! I'm on the Quick Creations blog today with some planner inspiration. I've always been a paper planner girl but I didn't go beyond the occasional doodling and drawing but with all the cute planner stamps and accessories that are now available, i thought it was time to give it a go. You don't have to buy much, just some essentials like washi tape, a sticker sheets, paper, stamps, pens, paper clips, hmmmmm - ok well maybe that's a little more than not much but all the cuteness is hard to resist ;) Make sure you head over to the QC shop to purchase your planner supplies.
Thanks for stopping by!

Plan On It

Happy Monday! I'm on the Quick Creations blog today sharing a different way to use your planner stamps. This set is totally cutesy with all sorts of icons, images and sentiments for your planner but I decided to change it up and make a card using some of the images. The best thing about this is that you don't have to fuss too much over the coloring. You can do some quick sketch coloring and you're done. Hope this helps you find inspiration in your planner stamps and if you don't own any, make sure you hop on over to the Quick Creations shoppe to buy one or two or a few (wink, wink).

Thanks for stopping by!

Have A Magical Day Little Bunny

Hello friends, Happy Monday! I'm here with another project for Quick Creations and this time it features a magical fairy town with a little peeping bunny looking in on them. hehe. I was inspired by the Tinkerbell cartoon movies - where you find lots of fairies, houses and animals. I thought a scene like this called for a wash down watercolor look to help bring it to life.

Somebunny...

Hello friends! I'm back with another project for Quick Creations and this time it features several adorable bunnies from Lawn Fawn. I know that Easter has come and gone but that doesn't mean that the bunny love has to. I paired up two bunny sets and created a spring theme card for friendship, love, etc.

Ready, Set, Snow...from Los Angeles?

Hello friends! I'm back with another project for Quick Creations that features an awesome Lawn Fawn holiday stamp set. The set was was created for Christmas (as it has a couple of flying reindeer and Christmas trees) but I didn't let that stop me. I chose to go a bit ironic and cutesy with it and make a winter card featuring Los Angeles. Yes we are in winter season and it is a bit cold but we still have plenty of sunshine to make up for it. A typical winter day here is somewhere in the 70s even in the 80s at times and that means, no snow for us.

Click here to see the Lawn Fawn products that Noelle offers in her shop so you can pick some up for you. She also has a Sale/Clearance section as well as a New Items and Pre-Orders happening in the QC Shop.

There is also a monthly challenge happening on the QC Blog and the theme is Shaker Cards, which are fun to make and give as gifts. Who doesn't love a little sparkle and sound in their cards. If you play along, you'll have a chance to win a store gift certificate. Click here to go to the challenge blog.
Thanks for stopping by!

Sweetest Things

Happy Wednesday! I'm here today to share a trio of creations I made using the Baby Anya and Ian set. This set is just completely adorable because, obviously you get both male and female babies but you also get the most adorable giraffe ever. These babies look great together or separate. I began with the tag (keeping the gift in mind) and then used the same technique to create a card. I did this to have a cohesive look so I could use them together, if need be.

In regards to the giraffe card, I was aiming for a back to school look/encouragement card but I may have failed in that aspect. Lol. I created it with  my niece in mind (as she is still into cutesy images such as this one) but when I asked what she thought, she said it looked like it was made for a baby :) So the sentiment didn't seem to make an impact and it looks like Ill need to change it.

Since today is my day over on the Quick Creations blog/shop make you sure you hop over where you'll find my post along with the materials I used linked to the shop. While there make sure you take a look around as Noelle is currently having a Back to School Sale.
Thanks for stopping by

You Color My World

Submitting to: TGF Farm Fresh June Challenge

Hello out there! Wow, summer is coming in fast and soon it will be loooong days of sunshine, popsicles, bubbles and bbq - although it's not very different from our year round weather ;)

Today is my day over on the Quick Creations blog/shop. I'm featuring Twirl Anya on my card with a very colorful background. The idea behind this was for it to be a very happy card to be sent to a special someone. Aww, isn't she a cutie with her pixie cut? Most of my supplies can be found at the Quick Creations shop. Make sure you take a look around as Noelle is currently having a Summer Sale.
Happy Shopping and Happy Thursday!

S'more Fun with You

Hi friends! I'm here today to show you the Lawn Fawn cuteness that I'm sharing on the Quick Creations Blog. Since camping season is upon us, what better way to invite a friend on a trip than with a card that says, "Hi friend! Join me in the woods where we will sleep on rocks, twigs and dirt while we fend off mosquitoes and roaming hungry bears. But worry not, because we will have a fire were we will sing songs, eat s'mores, stare at the stars and scare ourselves half to death with stories of a masked lunatic that wields an ax and has a thirst for killing. Oh and fyi, nature is our bathroom."
Who knew that these happy little s'mores had all that to say. hehehe.

The products used on this card are all Lawn Fawn. Unfortunately this stamp set is currently sold out at the Quick Creations Store, but you can find other great lawn fawn stamp sets that will perfect for any of your projects. Thanks for stopping by!

Sunday Crafting Time

Happy Sunday! I hope your weekend was a good one. On Sundays, I like to take some time to do a little creating/crafting (most of the time, I make it my Scrapbooking time) so here I am to share one of my 'Currently' Scrapbook Pages. I've mentioned before that this is my project life for me. I'm still playing catch up with my album so my pages that I share most likely wont be in chronological order. Today's page is about one of my 'not so good' Sundays so I used all lawn fawn product to add cheeriness and color to my page.  Although I wrote about what was ailing me on my page, I also wrote some good stuff.
That's all for now. See you back here tomorrow with another guest post for The Greeting Farm :)

Into the Woods

Hi there! Just popping in here quickly to share a woods themed baby card I created as an inspiration piece for the QC monthly challenge. I used these adorable lawn fawn critters to show you that you can use your stamps in all sorts of manner. This card doesn't necessarily scream 'Congrats on your pregnancy and/or baby' but that's what I like about it... It's something neutral and can be used at a moments notice.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Sweet Cookie Wishes

Hello! How's your Saturday going? I hear "The Lego Movie" playing in the background so it looks like it might be one of those days plus it's extremely warm today (above 80 degrees) so I might be staying in for the most part  - evening is the best anyway :)

Anyways, here's a card i created using the Lawn Fawn cookie set. It can be used as a friendship/hello card as well as a birthday card. Some of us likes cookies much more than cake ;). Thats all for now.

It features the adorable whales from Lawn Fawn. Although it looks simple, I must confess that it took me 3 times and a lot longer than I would have liked to get it just right. On the upside, I now have the correct measurements for everything and can replicate it quickly.
I hope your Wednesday is going well. Thanks for stopping by!

Ok, so lets get started. My card features lots of Lawn Fawn goodness. I used the set of cutesy elephants that make a great pair but also will look great on their own. When I saw this mini stamp set it automatically reminded me of my mother, she has always believed in the magic of elephants, so although this card isn't appropriate for mom I will make her a similar one. Plus, a little extra luck this year wont be so bad. C'mon elephants do your job :)
What I did to the card was use the "love" die all over the front panel and then popped it up on top of a sheet of dp. I sprinkled some hearts around the card and split up the sentiment for a maze like effect (which is why the elephants are separated).

Project 1 - Love Card
Stamp Image/Sentiment - Lawn Fawn: Love You Tons
Matching Die - Lawn Fawn: Love You Tons Die
Lawn Fawn: Scripty Love Die
Doodlebug Doilies: Cupcake
Paper - Dear Lizzy: Daydreamer 6x6 pad

For my Scrapbook LO, I used the awesome EP line "Head Over Heels". I'm doing a sort of Project Life album this year (its kind of hard for me to keep up with that system) but it did inspire me to create a Sunday Album. Every Sunday I create a mini 6x6 LO for my Currently cards (which are for us to journal on and write our current likes etc). The cut apart cards are from the same line except that they are on the 12x12 sheet. However, you can find them in mini form on the 6x6 pad.

Paper - EchoPark: Head Over Heels 6x6 pad

Hello 2015

Hello out there. I'm here with some quick inspiration for the Quick Creations Challenge Blog. The theme for the month is Snowflakes (very appropriate, seeing that it is the middle of winter). However, as I live somewhere that doesn't even know what a snowflake is (lol) I needed to get creative. So what better way than to welcome the new year with a little glitter and faux snow :). The products used on this card are all Lawn Fawn, which can be found at the Quick Creations Store (at great prices!). So make sure you head on over for some merchandise and make sure to play along for your chance to a shop certificate. Links provided.

Winter Greetings

Today it's my day on the Quick Creations blog showcasing some Lawn Fawn goodness. This company is super adorable and i just adore all of their products.  My favorite winter line was the SNOW DAY collection which is shown here. Who can resist those bunnies. I couldn't and because of that I couldn't bring myself to cut up the paper so I decided to create a 5x5 spiral notebook. It will be great for all my notes for the season and afterwards. On the inside I added the little lovey dovey couple as a minor embellishment. All I need left is to add my name, if I so choose to.

I also decided to create a few winter/christmas cards using my Lawn Fawn scraps and their dies. The girls are from a greeting farm retired set (Miss Anya Scarves) but I have provided alternates below. Today is a gloomy day, getting ready for our big day of rain tomorrow (YAY!) so that means Ill get to "check out" for the next few days. I hope your Thursday is a good one :)

Have fun shopping! Thanks for stopping by.

But since I can't, due to no snow and fear (lol) ill just imagine it :). He's great for your christmas cards so make sure to add him to your shopping list this weekend.
