Webster's June Challenge

I had wanted to do the June traditional challenge over at Webster's Pages, but didn't have but 2 pieces of the Yacht Club paper!!! I had some of the embellies but only 2 sheets of the paper. I did have the Fabric Tickets, so I decided to try it These are also store samples for EMI. I have these 2 pages, I'm not sure which one to enter, but I'm thinking the first one.

On this one I just drew the fireworks and added stickles to them!

Everybody that knows me knows that I totally love Websters and I'm excited to see the new collections too!

Last Day of "I Spy" at Websters

Well, it's the last day of "I Spy" over at InspireMe. I've had so much fun playing along this week! Today's feature is the new pins and gems and they are sparkly, shiny and gorgeous!!!

Day 4 "I Spy" at Websters, Flowers & Pins!!!

Today is day 4 of Let's Celebrate over at "InspireMe" and todays' feature is the new Flowers & Pins, and they are gorgeous!!!!! Take a look:

Here are some projects that I found in the DT blogs today!

First, from the amazingly talented and my good friend, Gabrielle Pollacco, she used the new blooms on this b-side layout. (I think this is back side) the more solid side of the lovely papers. And look at the stitching!
Next is the wonderful Anabelle O'Malley, and look at this card, so full of fun and all the different elements!!!
These are projects from my super sweet and talented friend Gerry Van Gent, this page is just bubbling with pink luciousness and how pretty!!!

Day 3 of "I Spy" at Webster's Pages!!!

I've been playing along at Webster's this week with their "I Spy" and Let's Celebrate spectacular. I've been checking the DT blogs and there is so much inspiration. Each day a new part of the Let's Celebrate collection are featured and today it's the new Sparklers and Threads, and look at how pretty they are:

June 15th Challenge at ~Once Upon A Sketch~

It's time for another sketch over at "Once Upon A Sketch". This is the sketch for June 15th. I had to try this one. Please go over to the website and join yourself!!!

The journaling criteria was to journal at least 4 sentences about why the pictures are special. These pictures represent our dd volunteering for P.U.F.S. (PinUpsforSoldiers). and all proceeds go to our troops. They do calendars, events and other things. And she is so happy to do it, her PUFS name is "Liberty Belle". These were taken at one of the events.
These are just a few close-ups of the details on the page.
Supplies used: Fancy Pants "It's The Little Things" patterned paper-WorldWin Treasures cardstock, Kraft-Prima blooms-American Crafts Thickers alphas-misc. trim, staples, ink.

The Color Room Palette #62

got to play with the palette at TheColorRoom this week. This one is a bit different for me. I usually gravitate toward the frilly, lacy, floral type pages. I realized that I didn't have much paper in these colors. I had to pull out some older paper and mix some old elements also! And it's a boy page! So I added stars and buttons and I did have to put a couple of blooms. The hibicus are some that I cut by hand, didn't turn out quite like I had planned!!! I used the sketch as a starting point, but I used one photo instead of the three. This definitely stretched my creativity. Thanks for the push!!! Once Upon A Sketch

I finally got to play again and I had to try the sketch at "Once Upon A Sketch". The special journaling criteria was to journal at least 2 sentences about a female. So I did this page about my beautiful daughter!!! She is so very special, and she is beautiful not only outside, but inside too!!!
