What a perfect WORD Carol has chosen for this week's Just Us Girls challenge! We've already had a taste of winter with a snowy start to our week. Thankfully, it didn't stick around! I did put some of that snow on today's card though! Take a look...

I popped a snowy embossed panel (SSS) onto a gray gingham covered card base. Next came this cutie patootie Santa from Lasting Impressions. GAH... I love his polka dot beard to bits! I tucked a few BPD pine sprigs behind him and finished things off with a MB sentiment tab. Something tells me the price of sleigh rides has gone up a tad though!

Hello sweet peeps! Thought I might start the new year off with a bang. How about a giveaway! After four incredible years on the Pretty Pink Posh design team, I have stepped down. It was a mutual and difficult decision for both Paulina and I. I've been with her since the beginning (Jan. 2014) of her company and with her at DeNami Design prior to that! What an absolute honor and a true blessing to design on two of her teams. I will be forever grateful to her for the opportunities she gave me and the trust she placed within me to share her products with all of you. Paulina and Pretty Pink Posh have a very special place in my heart.

I have several new or slightly used stamps, dies and new sequin mixes that I'm putting into three prize packages. As my followers, all you have to do is leave a comment on THIS post. Hello There ~ I have a PPP giveaway!

Okay, how about that card.

I've paper pieced the tent from Camping Friends then added other images from the stamp and die sets. Everything was placed on a Scallop Square Tag die cut from ivory cardstock The moon and stars are coated with Wink of Stella.

Mini Sparkling Clear Flower Sequins and red beads from Razzle Dazzle Seed Beads accent the tiny leafy sprigs.

I jazzed up the sentiment with a trio of little banners made with dies from the Stitched Notes die set. The gray panel was cut with this die set as well.

The 12 Kits of Occasions ~ August Kit!

Hi there! Guess what? I'm this month's hostess at The 12 Kits of Occasions!! I had such a good time putting together my August kit called {Sweet Pea}! The kit began with my Sweet Pea stamp set. I added in some Pure Innocence images that fit the theme. The papers and die cuts are a mix of pretty pinks, fresh greens, marshmallow whites and sparkly gold. All things sweet and girly! Kit supplies can be found on the 12 Kits blog. I'll mention any extras I added to my designs.

I designed this kit with someone very special in mind. After all, she was the inspiration for my Sweet Pea stamp set.

Okay, now on to my cards created from the kit!! I made LOTS so I will be breaking this up into two posts. One today and one tomorrow! Here we go...

The only thing extra on this card is the PTI Tag Sale Quilted Die. I also used my Mama Elephant die to cut the shimmery pink and vellum panels. 

This sassy number received a polka dot embossed card base and a paper pieced dress! Check out her little sparkly shoes. I have a hole punch that made the perfect gold buttons for them!

Don't you just love pillow boxes! Perfect for little gifts, candy, gift cards or money. I added three fussy cut DeNami Design leaves here. 

One extra smiling sweet pea was added here!

This one received a fun embossed card base!

My last one for today has an extra grass border added for depth. That little hole punch made a tiny button for her overalls too!

I applaud you if you've stuck with me through this extra long post!! I have more cards to share tomorrow. Now I'm off to visit my teammates to see what sweetness they put together with my kit!! I hope you'll follow my lead ~Lisa

I put some of my favorite things on this card. First of all the images from my Sweet Pea Stamp Set. The polka dot embossed background and a paper doily are always good choices in my book. A mix of sweet patterned paper and one of my PPP Stitched Borders 1 dies make up the background for my sweet peas. They're stamped on my PPP Mini Tags die. Finally some bling for pizazz!!  

Sweet P was far too busy playing peekaboo to be bothered today, so my hubby picked the number for me! And that number was...

Hey there! I'm back today with the Sweet Pea Stamp Set/ Sweet Pea Sequins Mix winners. Brace yourselves for some serious cuteness from the {Original Sweet P}!! I filled a mixing bowl with scrunched up numbers for her to dip into. I wasn't sure how she would react or even if she would pull out one at a time.
