Love You!

Hey there! It's time for another Just Us Girls challenge! Sue is our hostess this week and she is challenging us to make our own stencils using die cuts. I took the opportunity to make a valentine card for my parents!

I die cut a piece of packaging cardboard with an Avery Elle polka dot cover plate. Using PTI's Lavender Moon ink, I stenciled a large SB label. The white heart was decorated with stenciled leaves made from a PTI sweet celebrations die. The flowers are die cuts from the same set. I used the smaller one to stencil the red flower centers in. The love you sentiment is from my Sweet Pea stamp set. I like the way this turned out and I think my mom and dad will too!

These are the dies I used.

Okay, your turn! I'm looking forward to our gallery this week!

CTS #342 ~ Happy Wishes!

Popping in for a quick minute today to share my card for this week's CAS(E) this Sketch. This sketch looked like a tough one but I was determined to give it a go. That's why it's called a challenge, right!

Flipping the sketch let me have some green grass to ground my trees.They're from the Avery Elle Woodland Wonders set. One that hasn't seen ink in a long time!

Thanks for visiting.

Pretty Pink Posh & Avery Elle Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to day one of an inspiration filled two day blog hop! Members of the Pretty Pink Posh and Avery Elle design teams have combined products from both companies for a double dose of ideas and fun!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are (2) $25 Pretty Pink Posh gift certificates and (2) $25 Avery Elle gift certificates up for grabs. Winners will be picked randomly along the blog hop. (Comments must be left by July 24, 2016. Winners will be announced on the PPP and AE blogs).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You should be arriving here from Yainea's blog. If you would like to start at the beginning the hop list is below or all details can be found on the PPP and AE blogs.

I've combined images from the AE Woodland Wonders stamp and die set along with the tiny bird and nest from the PPP Birdie Friends stamp and die set. Everything is framed with the PPP smallest Scallop Frame die. I've used 4mm Metallic Rose Gold sequins for some pizazz! This is such a pretty color you should really add to your collection. It looks great with both pink and coral tones! I used a pretty floral DP by Dear Lizzy to ground my design. And that's it!

Next up on the hop is my fabulous teammate Amy Kolling! I know she'll have something perfectly delightful to share!
