What? ANOTHER one???

OK - are the Stamping Gods out to get me?  ANOTHER Bold Brights palette color challenge????  UGH.  Thanks a lot, Arielle... *giggle*  I actually do love all of these colors ON THEIR OWN but it was terribly difficult to put them all together on a card.

Here's what Arielle gave us to work with over at the Colour Q Challenge:

 

Cute vase, right?  The colors all look MARVELOUS together but do you think I could get them to work AT ALL??  I actually started out with these colors at one o'clock this afternoon and have just now finished what I believe to be the "best I could do."  I started out using Mercy's sketch but could NOT do it.  It was one of those "just walk away" moments, YK?  I went to town *intending* to hit the gym but neither Lori or I really was up to it so we got groceries instead and a chai tea from Timmie's.  

When I got home I watched some Olympics, some American Idol and then sat back down to see if I could conquer the challenge.  I changed gears and used Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch again - I figured if Arielle could make the colors work with that sketch then maybe I could too!  :)

SO - I know you're all dying to see what I did...right?  Ha!

Not much goin' on with this card - - - some paper pokin', a bit of embossing, and a bit of patterned paper.  The stamp came from an old set I found in my cupboard, "Tag Time" from SU!  I don't think it had ever seen ink!

My brain worked overtime tonight so I'm off to bed - the alarm will go off before I know it.  And I *will* be going to the gym tomorrow morning so I'll see y'all in the PM sometime.
