Good morning, friends! DeNami Design is proudly sponsoring the brand-new Curtain Call Challenge, which starts today, and the DeNami design team is excited to be playing along! This Curtain Call is all about Love Letters:
DeNami Design is offering up a fabulous prize to the winner of this Curtain Call Love Letter challenge. Check it out:
Wouldn't that be a wonderful bonus? Just think of all the fabulous DeNami goodies that you could treat yourself to with a nice GC like that! I hope you'll play along :D.
Here's how I was inspired by the Love Letters theme:
I used three different DeNami Design stamps (Sending You Love, Teeny Heart Background, and Large Dots Swirl), plus two different DeNami Design washi tapes (White/Red Hearts, and Heart Clouds). I crafted a little envelope out of a glassine bag and filled it with some heart-shaped confetti. This design makes me so happy!
Be sure to see what the rest of the team created for this challenge with DeNami products, and check out the Curtain Call and DeNami sites today, too!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Emily

Growing In Unity~Day 3
Greetings! Thanks for joining me for Day 3 in my week as Growing In Unity gal!
Today's project is a birthday gift card holder!
I revisited the paper bag image from the card I shared on Monday. It's included in the July 2012 Kit of the Month, Ol' Bag of Fun. It was so easy to form a little pocket for slipping in a gift card! I simply stamped the paper bag image on kraft cardstock, cut it out, adhered the bag cutout to another piece of kraft cardstock along three edges, and trimmed off the excess. Done!
The blue banner and flag are digital elements that I printed out from the Falala collection by Design by Dani (available from JessicaSprague.com).
Did you spy a little washi tape? If so, good for you! I used a little of my now-signature embellishment to adhere my sentiment flag to a pearl-topped stickpin. Both sentiments also come from the July 2012 KOM, Ol' Bag of Fun.
Gee, it can't possibly be true that my GIU week is now half over! Please leave a comment on this post to be in the running for two free Unity Itty Bitty kits, one comment per person please. But if you are a follower of my blog (or become a new follower), you can leave a second comment--for a second chance to win--on today's post: just let me know that you are a follower and how you follow my blog!
And then come back tomorrow and Friday for more Unity inspiration and more chances to win in the random drawing! If you missed my GIU Days 1 and 2 posts, you should check out and comment on those as well to maximize your chances of winning ;). I will leave commenting open through 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, June 9, 2013, and will come back on June 10 to announce the winner here on my blog. If I can find a way to contact the winner via email, I'll be sure to do that, too. :)
Thanks so much for sharing a little slice of bliss with me today!

DeNami Design Product Spotlight May Blog Hop
Good morning! Thanks for stopping by today! The DeNami Design team is featuring an awesome cling-style rubber stamp set in our Product Spotlight today, the oh-so-useful Graduation Set. And we're showing it off BLOG HOP STYLE!
I paired up some of the sweet images in this set with the very versatile Congratulations Circle stamp to make a medallion for this graduation gift card holder:
I simply stamped some chevrons from the Modern Borders cling stamp set in Opaque Cotton White StazOn ink on a glassine bag (by the way, did you see that DeNami's glassine bags are on clearance???), making a sweet pocket for a gift card.
On the inside, I rounded the corners of a panel of black cardstock (enabler alert: all cardstock is on clearance in the DeNami shop!), attached some white grosgrain ribbon as a pull tab (another enabler alert: all ribbon is on clearance in the DeNami shop!), and adhered a gift card to the panel's face with some fun DeNami Black/White Dots washi tape. An easy gift idea!
You can purchase this fabulous Graduation cling stamp set for 10% off the regular price for the next week. You also have the chance to WIN this fabulous product in today's spotlight blog hop! All you need to do is hop along to each stop in the lineup, leaving comments along the way. Here is the blog hop lineup:

Growing In Unity ~ Day 2: Beyond Happy For You
Welcome back to Day 2 of my Growing In Unity week! In case you are just tuning in, I'm being featured as this week's GIU gal over on the Unity Stamp Co. blog (you'll see my name all lit up in lights along the right sidebar) and that means that you get a chance at some free Unity rubber stamps. Be sure to comment on each of my GIU posts this week, Monday through Friday, and at the end of the week, I'll randomly draw a commenter to win two free Unity Itty Bitty stamps of her choice!! Sweet!!
And here now, without further ado, is my project of the day:

My design for this pocket card was inspired by this week's sketch over at Chick Challenges {with Ippity}.
And if you let Angie know that you are playing along with the sketch, she'll throw your name in the hat for some additional free {ippity} through her. So I'm definitely doing that as well! And as long as I'm mentioning challenges: I'm also playing along with the current {ippity} challenge: Flowers.
But I'm not done quite yet . . . my card has a secret!! And I'm sure you are just dying to be let in on it. So here it is: I designed the tag to be a stashing place for a gift card. Just flip it over, and there it is. :)

I used two {ippity} stamp kits for this card: Dots for Sure and The Best. And I continued making progress on the challenge to myself to use a different patterned paper collection each day this week. This time around I'm showcasing pretty prints from the Six by Six Vanity Fair collection by My Mind's Eye. Double-sided papers like these from MME make it easy to make beautiful folded circle flowers like the one I used on this pocket card. (You can find a great tutorial here.)
Whew! That was a long one. Are you still with me? Good! I'm so glad you stopped by to take a look at my Day 2 GIU project. I love how it turned out, and I hope you like it, too.
See you back here tomorrow for some more Unity goodness!
Have a great day,
Emily
