Fairy Time

Playing with cousins, we had a fairy day. Books, crafts, and of course wings. They also built a fairy house.

5K Electric Run

We had a super fun night in Sacramento this past weekend doing the Electric Run. We had black light responsive paint on the girls faces and lights of glow in the dark stuff. Good family memories in the making.

The California King Snake

 April 16th, we drove home after getting a slurpee with the girls and in our driveway was this:

I helped Steve and we got it into the plastic tub.

 We went for a walk and released the snake in a safer place. Hopefully he is a happy snake! It sure made for a happy dad the day after tax season is over. This was his first wild California King Snake to catch.

We went to UT for my cousin's wedding. While there we had to make a stop (or two) at Nielsen's Frozen Custard for some Concrete!

We also went to Salt Lake's Farmer's Market.

Half Moon Bay

We went to Lemos Farm in Half Moon Bay a couple weekends ago. The girls had a blast. It was a lovely day and we had lots of fun riding on ponies, a hay ride, a "train" ride, bouncing in a bounce house, and feeding the goats (which Nina was afraid of).
