Jensen's Christmas

I'm on a roll!! I was so happy with the double page spread that I wanted to keep on going. So I had previously printed out a sketch and I have no idea where I got it from (I printed it out years ago.) Anyways, I decided to play along with Lasting Memories Scrapbook challenge #421 to use watercolors, paints or misting. I used misting on the back, though I technically splattered it. I punched circles out with my 1" circle punch, and used my sewing machine to attach the little circles together. It was a great way to use up some scraps with the circles and the strips on the side. I'm still going to add some journaling to the bottom right corner. Thanks for stopping by!

Holly Holiday Wishes

I put together this card for the Cards in Envy Christmas in July challenge! I used some newly purchased twine and a metal heart charm. The stamp is from Unity Stamp Company, is super duper old and so is the paper. I was working with my stash of stuff! TFL.

Well i started working on this Christmas present for her... So don't show her. I'll post more the more i do. I wish i would have taken more pictures to show the progress. So happy with this.

Stockings 2012

I scrapbooked!!! I have been determined for the past month to do more and I have a page I started two weeks ago and haven't finished, but I did this one tonight! The picture isn't great due to poor lighting. Will try to replace this weekend. I used Some Tattered Angels Chalkboard Glimmer mist, a stencil by Gourmet Rubber stamps, and Fired Brick distress ink to created the spray and star background. I also used some MME Winter Wonderland washi tape and a Me & My Big Ideas Soft Spoken Christmas sticker that says Tradition. Simple, but I am happy to get my mojo going again! I used a sketch from Let's Get Sketchy Week 4 of October. TFL!

GRS December Sketch Challenge

Here is the sketch for this month:

I used the snowflake and swirl from the set Made of Snow. I love how elegant this snowflake and swirl are! I wanted to do a folded card with a belly band as soon as I saw this sketch. I grabbed some paper, I liked and realized it was all snowflake paper, so I decided to go with the theme.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to see the rest of the DTs creations!!

Color Challenge today and I love these colors! It totally screamed Christmas to me.  So I pulled out Circles of  Christmas set. After stamping the wreath I used my liquid pearls to add dimension to it. I pulled an old Mojo Monday sketch for this card.

Hi! I have some Unity Christmas cards that I haven't posted. Very different styels, and some I like better than others. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and are having a great day today getting ready for it. I just pulled some homemade granola out of my oven and it smells heavenly and is so yummy! Need to get off the computer and go clean some more! :)

The 10th Day of Christmas

My oldest and I went to the Nutcracker last night in San Francisco. It was magical! I had a card with glitter drying in my craft room while I was gone. I finished putting it together when I got back...I did not like it. So this one happened this morning. I love it! None traditional colors and the gold sparkle snowflakes!!! Love! I used the November Diner's Club Set Seasons Greetings by Gourmet Rubber Stamps. I stamped the sentiment and then the bough was stamped around the sentiment. This is on the GRS facbook page for their 12 Days of Christmas Cards, so go check it out! Thanks for looking!!
