Jonny's Baptism

Saturday the 12th, our nephew was baptized (not the one in the picture, it is his older brother). We should have been on time, but Steve gave bad directions to the chapel it wasn't at. So by the time we got to that chapel we had to keep driving to get to the other one. We missed the talks and songs and were just in time for him getting baptized. Afterwards, we went over to their house for dinner. The picture is Isaac drinking his rootbeer. After he finished his he would grab any he could find and see if any was left. Cutie!

Batman, Superman, a Knight and a Princess

Halloween night about to go trick or treat with their dads. We've got Batman, a Knight and a Princess. And Superman and the Princess down below. The mom's stayed back with the 6 week old baby and handed out candy to the kids coming by. Rebecca had a wonderful time with her cousins and takes after her mom, by running from door to door faster than the boys. I guess they would lallygag, but not my girl. No wasting time when their is candy to get. She filled up her whole pumpkin bucket!

So much fun having cousins around! Rebecca never wants to leave when we go over to Crissie's house or if they come here she wants to go home with them. Yesterday we went to Steve's cousin's baby blessing in San Francisco. It was so much fun for Rebecca to go to church and for Crewe and Dayne to show up!

Just a little taste

Thursday morning, Rebecca and I went down to Livermore to play with baby Dayne and Ashley. Rebecca and Dayne played so well together. Ashley and I started playing Rock Band in the afternoon around 2 and Rebecca was desperately in need of a nap. Well, Rebecca got a taste of her own medicine and Dayne had a taste of Rebecca. We had to stop in the middle of the song we were playing to see what happened. You can see the cute little teeth marks on her cheek! Rebecca has bit Crewe twice now. She has bit Steve once in a place that wasn't good. Steve almost hurt her badly just because of automatic reaction, but stopped himself. But she has not even tried to bite Steve since. She tries to bite me on a regular basis. When I hold her hand to keep her with me and she doesn't want me holding her hand. She tries to bite my hand.

Girl Cousins Rock!

On Saturday the 17th, Rebecca Joy and Baby Dayne played so well together! I took tons of pictures. They are so cute together. It just got me thinking about how wonderful girl cousins are!




This picture is from the Summer of 1996, my cousin Caitlin and I. We are on the hammock at our Grammie's house in the side yard. The hammock is from Costa Rica, where my cousin and her family had been living for awhile.
