New Hat Makes the Lady

     It's another Monday (ok, very late on Sunday evening in my area but it'll be Monday by the time you wake up and see this!) and that means another "Anything Goes" challenge at Pammie's Inky Pinkies.  Our sponsor this week is the wonderful and whimsical Bugaboo Stamps.  I used a darling image called "Flower Bird."  I loved her hat and decided to focus on that when I added my sentiment.
