Morning everyone, I know I'm a day late announcing the winner of our August giveaway but my feet haven't really touched the ground since I got home late Sunday eve.  Monday was spent prepping for the Create and Craft shows yesterday.  You never really know how many demo's are going to fit into the shows so I always prep far more than I need and it takes an age....  Yesterday was taken up driving down to Peterborough for 2pm and then prepping the set and setting up demos in the Studio. Thank you Karen and Sandra for your lovely samples, they looked fab on the set.  Got home about 10pm last night and headed off to bed :-)  Loved the shows with Nigel and Dean and see lots of you bought the two gorgeous collections.  Enjoy crafting with them when they arrive. Well another week has passed us by.  It's been lovely here, sun shining all week - lovely. I've been out and about and got to  potter  about in the garden planting seeds too.  I keep checking to see if they're coming up yet - ever the impatient gardener.  For the first time I've put copper bands around my hosta pots.  I've had enough of the slugs that seem to home in on my little garden from miles around and eat them every year so am hoping copper bands are the answer :-)  Will wait and see - with the salt pot at the ready.  I wanted to share the lovely cards Karen made for the Create and Craft shows last week with you today and also to with her all the best when she joins the thousands of runners taking part in this years London marathon.  Here she is with her official number so if you're watching do cheer her on if she runs past.   I'm heading over to Sirstampalot in Peterborough and joining Janice and Andy for a Graph...

It's all go here designing samples for the Graphic 45 shows on Create and Craft TV later in the week.  There's lot's of bundles on offer across five fabulous collections in the Birthday Shows and lots for me to chose from for the set samples.  It's been a while since I've designed a layout so I thought I'd put one or two together for the boys and then they can go in their scrapbook albums I'm building up for them. I don t know about you but I like to build the design around the photo, so after a real rummage through lots of old ones of the boys I found an Oliver action shot. Ols was always a little boy on a mission and the colours and wording in the Artisan Style papers were just perfect for his layout.  I  kept it simple and used a chipboard phrase embossed with black embossing powder to title the page. I went for a baby picture of Harry, I think he was only a could of weeks old here and built his layout with the Precious Memories papers.  ...

Well good morning and Happy Sunday to you.  I can't believe it's been a whole week since I blogged. It's been a busy one here and an inky, painty, papery one too.  Early in the week I was prepping for the first of our Martha Stewart Plaid Paints show on Create and Craft TV with Andy Love on Thursday, and then aster a quick turn around I headed down to Northampton to Isobel's fabulous farm and craft shop for a really lovely workshop with lovely ladies, fabulous food and company. We crafted with the Once upon a Springtime paper collection by Graphic 45 making our altered boxes. I was chauffeur driven too, thank you so much Jane.  I felt quite relaxed when we got home despite all the traffic jams we came across.  Here's a few pics from our day.   I thought I'd have a day in the garden yesterday but it was cold......  well too cold for me lol !! so I started prepping some samples for the three Graphic 45 shows on Create and Craft TV on Thursd...

Helloooo every one.  I can't believe it's been so long since my last post.  Time has flown by as it does and Christmas is almost upon us.  I've had an amazing year, met so many lovely people and had a ball. this week I've been down at the Create and Craft TV studios again for the Graphic 45 Christmas Cracker shows.  If you didn't catch the live shows here's a few pics of the samples for Raining Cats and Dogs, time to Celebrate, Times Nouveau and Baby to Bride Collections  that were features along with a few behind the scenes shots too.
