Drive XV: A Tribute To Automatic For The People é uma incrível homenagem ao álbum mais clássico do R.E.M. em seus quinze anos de existência, organizado e lançado virtualmente pelo grande site Stereogum que já havia lançado OK X: Tribute to OK Computer (para comemorar os dez anos da grande obra do Radiohead).
Quando o R.E.M. lançou "Automatic For The People" em 1992, a banda estava em seu auge criativo, nem tão indie mas, também longe das expectativas do grande público, a banda forjou um álbum de baladas punk à moda do também clássico "Horses" de Patti Smith - inspiração confessa de Michael Stipe.
