Feliz Navidad! - Merry Christmas!

It has been a very painful last few month for us.

Jimmy lost 2 dear sisters and I lost my wonderful younger sister Susy, 3 sisters in 3 month.

Too much suffering to bear! With time pain sooths away and life goes on.

With Christmas some cheer came back to my home, you all know how much I love Christmas.

So here I am specially to wish you all the best of health and many blessings for you each one and your families.

Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year!

 

My Knitting and sewing did continue however- is my scape cable.

Next time I will show you some pictures, lots of love for now.

Los ultimos meses han sido muy dolorosos para nosotros .

Jimmy perdio 2 hermanas muy queridas y yo perdi a mi maravillosa hermana mas joven Susy, 3 hermanas en 3 meses. Demasiado dolor que soportar!

Con tiempo  el dolor se suaviza y la vida continua.

Con la Navidad algo de alegria volvio a mi casa, todas vosotras sabeis cuanto amo la Navidad.

Asi que aqui estoy especialmente para desearos lo mejor de la salud y muchas bendiciones para cada una y vuestras familias.

Mi Tejido y costura siguio sin embargo- es mi cable de escape.

Merry Christmas, a table quilt , a wool cardigan

I love Christmas! I love "almost everything" about it. Parties with friends, sending and receiving Cards or emails, gift preparations, home decorations, prepare food and family and friends get together specially But one think I dislike about Christmas is to have to go to the Shops. I adore the way they decorate all and the music , the fun etc. BUT I HATE THE PARANOIA of the last few days when everybody seems to go crazy buying anything. Just wondering if they remember we are celebrating the Birth of Jesus?and having nice time with family and friends, no ransacking the Shops abusing Credit cards to impress others. Well, I said it.

Amo la Navidad! Amo "casi todo" de la Navidad. Fiestas con amigos, enviar y recibir Tarjetas o emails, preparacion de los regalos, decorar la casa, preparer las comidas y pasar con la familia y amigos especialmente.
Pero una cosa que no me gusta para nada de la Navidad es tener que ir a los comercios. Adoro como los decoran y la musica, las diversions etc. PERO ODIO LA PARANOIA de los ultimos dias cuando todos parecen enloquecidos comprando cualquier cosa. Sera que recuerdan que estamos celebrando el Nacimiento de Jesus? y pasando gratamente con los amigos y la familia, no saqueando comercios abusando de las Tarjetas de Credito para impresionar a otros. Bien, lo dije.

Only a few more days to Christmas but I managed to finish my turquoise dollie.
