THE GREEN DOOR
Os voy a enseñar una escena que le hice a mi amiga Marta.
Le gusta el estilo rústico así que pensé en hacerle algo en
esa línea y lo que salió fué "La puerta verde".
I am going to show you a roombox that I did for my
dear friend Marta.
She likes the rustic style so I thought about doing
something to her..........." The green door "
Compré una caja de Ikea con el cristal deslizante,
no necesitaba mucho fondo así que era la medida ideal.
Primero teñí el exterior con tinte para madera y la barnicé.
Después cubrí todo el interior con una pasta que se llama
"Sandstones" de DecoArt en color blanco.
Tiene una textura arenosa,ideal para una pared de exterior.
I bought a box in Ikea with the sliding crystal,I didn't
need much bottom so it was the ideal measurement.
First I dyed the outside with dye for wood and I
varnished it.
Later I covered all the interior with grazes that is called
" Sandstones" of DecoArt in white color.
It has a sandy ideal texture of for an outer wall.
Usé listones de balsa de 1cm para hacer la puerta,
fuí cortandolos y pegandolos en la pared directamente,
para hacer el pomo usé una chincheta pintada de negro.
Le hice un tejadillo con un listón de madera y unas tejas.
El farol lo hice con tiras de abanico y una manecilla de reloj.
La escalera es de plástico de un juguete de mis hijos,
el sombrero es hilo de bramante enroscado y pegado.
Los zuecos o almadreñas son típicos del norte de España.
La madre de Marta los usa siempre en su casa del pueblo(Campino).
Se dejan fuera de la casa,así se usan sólo en el exterior,
se ponen encima de los zapatos y no se manchan de barro etc.
I used wood of raft of 1cm to make the door,
I cut them and glue them in the wall.
I did a small tile roof with a ribbon of wood
and roofing tiles.The light I made with strips of fan
and a small hour hand of clock.
The stairs are of a toy of my children, the hat is stuck
twine thread.The pile shoes or almadreñas are typical
of the north of Spain.
Marta's mother always uses them in her country house
in (Campino).
They are left outside the house, therefore they are used only in the outside,they are put upon the shoes and they are not stained of mud etc.
Con listones de 0,5 cm teñidos hice un banco para relajarse
un rato con un buen libro.
Para la ventana pegué una foto de una cocina de miniatura
y pegué los listones enmarcándola,después las contraventanas
y la jardinera que llené de flores de papel.
With wood of dyed raft of 0.5 cm I made a bench
to relax awhile reading a good book.
For the window I stuck a photo of a miniature kitchen
and I stuck ribbons framing it,later the shutters and
the windowboxes that I filled of paper flowers.

El barril es de un juguete también,lo pinté y da el pego.
La enredadera la hice con una planta de plástico,
le añadí unas flores que hice con papel.
La casita del pájaro la hice con madera de balsa,
el nido de golondrinas y el pájaro con pasta Das marrón,
luego los pinté con pintura acrílica.
The barrel is a toy of my children also, I painted it .
I did it the climbing plant of plastic, I added paper flowers.
I did the little birdhouse with wood of raft, the nest of wanderers and the bird with brown clay,I painted them
with acrylic painting.

El suelo con serrin verde,unas cuantas flores más,unos troncos,
un cocker echando una siesta,ya sólo quedaba pintar la ventana y
la puerta de verde.
I did it to the ground with green shaving,more flowers,a logs,a slepping dog and finally I painted the window and the door of green.
Es una escena sencilla pero la hice con mucho cariño,
espero que os guste,besicos a tod@s.
It is a simple roombox but I made by far affection,
I hope that you like, minikisses to all.
