Long time, no see... ♥

This feels a bit scary.... Actually, it feels like the first time I posted something on my blog in 2007... It's been a long time since I've posted something here, due to several things...

I'm so lucky to be a DT-member for Stempelglede, together with 10 talented ladies. ♥
Now, I'll show you a giftbox I've made, using dies from Go Kreate. I've used some of the gorgeous new stamps from the collections "Post Card from Paris" and "Follow your heart".

I've coloured the butterfly with Distress Ink, Pearlescent Chalk and then added some glitter.

I've used papers from Pion Design, and decorated the box with flowers, lace, ribbon, pearls and charms.

Inside the drawer, I've used this beautiful text... ♥

Gaveeske til konfirmant...

Forrige helg holdt jeg kurs på treffet til  Scrapp med hjertet. Det var så utrolig koselig! Kursdeltakerne fikk lage denne gaveesken.
Tutorial på stjerneesken finner du på denne siden. Jeg har googlet litt også, og funnet en kjempefin video her.
Jeg fikk lyst til å lage min egen variant av denne stjerneesken, og lagde derfor en liten skuff oppå lokket. ;)

Til selve esken trenger du et passe tykt mønsterark. Jeg valgte å lage esken med et mønsterarket som er kuttet til 10" x 10".

Til lokket har jeg brukt Bazzill, som måler 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm. Jeg har brukt ScorPal og preget 2 cm fra kanten på alle sider.

Den lille skuffen oppå esken, passer perfekt til et lite smykke eller lignende. Jeg har også brukt Bazzill til selve skuffen. Denne biten måler 6.5 cm x 6.5 cm, og er preget 1.5 cm inn på alle kanter. Selve skuffen måler da 3.5 cm i diameter.

For å holde skuffen på plass, trenger du et panel som måler 8.9 cm x 6.8 cm
På langsidene er denne preget 1.5 cm fra begge kanter. På kortsidene preger du 3.5 cm fra hver side.

Nå gjestår bare montering og pynting.

 Jeg har brukt halvperler til "føtter".

Kurs hos Scrapp med Hjertet

Sikkert ikke veldig mange som følger meg her ute lenger, for blogginnleggene har glimret med sitt fravær...
Mye har skjedd det siste året, og jeg har derfor hatt behov for en lang pause. Jeg har fremdeles ikke funnet helt tilbake til den store gløden, men jeg er på vei... :)

I mars skal jeg på husmorferie til Tromsø! Jeg har aldri vært i Tromsø før, men har lenge hatt lyst til det. Jeg gleder meg derfor utrolig mye! Jeg skal på treff hos Scrapp med hjertet, og skal også holde kurs der. Vi skal lage en gaveeske, som passer perfekt både til konfirmasjon, bursdag o.l.

DT Unik Hobby - Christmas Gift Box..

I hope all of you have had a lovely weekend. :)

For my November challenge at Unik Hobby I was supposed to create something with this cute stamp from Marianne Design. I just love the products from Flower Soft, so I had to make another project with the display globe and the snow... ;) I think it's perfect for this image...

I've colored the image with Prismacolors....

I think this paper from Maja Design is amazing, so I simply couldn't "hide it" in too much decoration... ;)

DT Unik Hobby - Vintage Christmas Book Card...

Good morning blogfriends! ♥

A couple of weeks ago I had a class at Unik Hobby, making this Book Card. Thanks to everyone who joined my class!

I've colored the image with the combination Pan Pastels and Shimmer Chalk. It gives a beautiful, soft look, which fits very well in these gorgeous stamps from Stempelglede.
I've also used Crackle Paint around the edges, and Glitter Paint on the flowers etc.

I've used beautiful papers from Pion Design, and sewn around the edges.

DT Unik Hobby - Friends forever... ♥

This suitcase is my DT project for Unik Hobby this month.  I've made it with a self-composed template, and I'll of course share this with you soon on my blog. :)

It's so easy to make such things when you're using Scor-Pal. My favorite tool! ;)

I've colored this cute image from Stamping Bella using both Promarkers and Prismacolors.

I have covered the inside of the suitcase with the same patterned paper as used on the outside.

DT Unik Hobby - Hockey Girl...

It's been a while since I posted, but I'm struggling a bit with my arm again... :(

Today I'll show you a Book Card I've made for Unik Hobby. I got the inspiration from Wenche. Thank you very much, Wenche. ♥

 

  

I think this  Hockey Girl from Kenny K Collection is so cool. I've colored her using both Promarkers and Prismacolors.

DT Unik Hobby - Big Comfy Cake

These days, the whole world is in grief over the terrible attacks that have occurred here in Norway.  How could this happen in our peaceful little country? Everything feels completely pointless ... My thoughts go to all who have lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy... ♥

My DT challenge for Unik Hobby last month, was to make something with this cute stamp from Whimsy Stamps. I made this Explosion Box, with a little box inside that looks like a cake. The cake is decorated with a cake light and pearls... I made the cake using dies from Spellbinders.

Size: 4 x 4 inches

I want, as many times before, recommend the use of Scor-Pal when you make different kind of  boxes. This tool is in my opinion indispensable... No doubt!!  :)

I've colored the image with my Prismacolors. To make the "cream" on the cake, I've used Liquid Pearls. ;)

Inside the box, I've used texts from Norsk Stempelblad. I've also made a little pocket with a tag, for a personal greeting to the birthday child.

I've used this punch from Martha Stewart that keeps the monetary gift in place. ;)

DT Unik Hobby - Mother's dress... ;)

This cute image from Marianne Design, was my challenge at Unik Hobby last month. I love this image, and it's perfect for little girls who like to dress up... ;)

I've made a box again, and I've used a dies from Marianne Design to make the lid and the bottom of the box. I've colored the image with my Prismacolors.

This box is made using the same principle as my heart box. You'll find my tutorial here.

Inside the box there is a monetary gift, that I have embellished a little extra... ;)

Heart box! ♥

Last month I had had a class in making this heart box. :)  I had a very good time at Mjøstreffet, together with many fantastic girls. Thank you for participating in my class. I hope you enjoyed it. :)

I've used texts from this beautiful collection from Stempelglede. The collection is available with English text too. The box is - as usual - decorated with flowers, glitter, pearls, ribbon, lace and charms... ;)

I love making this small heart boxes. They are perfect for giving away small gifts like jewellery, money, gift cards etc.

DT Unik Hobby - Get well soon...

This stamp from Art Impressions was my February challenge at Unik Hobby. I must admit that I struggled a bit, because it's an image that is quite different from what I usually use... But it was fun! :)

I decided to make a "Get well soon" Goodiebag.  I've colored the image with Promarkers. The size is 12 x 20 cm. The box inside is 10 x 10 x 7 cm, and gives room for lots of delicious chocolate.

 Inside the box I've used a beautiful text from Stempelglede.

Unfortunately I'm struggling a bit with my camera at the moment. The photos often get very blurry... After taking lots of photos, these were the only ones I could use... :(
