Gold, gold and more gold

I like gold... no let me rephrase that... I love gold... especially in combination with teal oh yummy

I made this page using some lovely A2Z Scraplets which I gild embossed. I cut of a piece of the frame that was hidden behind the photo and added on the top edge of my base.
I also sprayed some Lindy's Stamp gang stardust story of the seas gold mist and some Flat Fabio T-bird turquoise over some textured background created using Crafter's workshop stencil and modeling paste.

Mood board challenge

Dangerously Cute

I made this page as a sort of "add-it-all" page and well it is no really my style LOL.

I used Scraplets Butterfly and flourish corner (LOL didn't realize it was supposed to be in a corner) and Flourish_48.
I sprayed the scraplets with gesso and after it had dried I colored them using distress ink. Then I embossed with Stampendous aged gold embossing enamel to get that rich gold look.

2013 in review

2013 was the year when we made our first long trip with our kids. We started planning in January and buying the flight tickets and then all along the year we have booked different accomodation. It was a fantastic family adventure. Therefore when we had a challenge over at The Studio Challenges to make a pagereflecting back on 2013 it had to be all about Thailand.

This is my first page scrapping those photos of chrystal clear water, snorkeling, riding elephants and taking Thai Massage but not the last. More will come very soon I promise.

Remembering those summer stories

We did have some rain on our vaction - I can almost not remember that but I have the pictures to prove it. 

For this page I made a map stamp of the island Bornholm which we visited for a week.

I also used some of my old favorite chevron stamps and some YouDo stencils  for the background.

I used Teresa Collins Summer stories collection for my page and used the Silhouette to make some matching decorations.

Kort med setnciler

Idag bjuder jag på ett kort med stenciler.
Jag har använt en stencil från Crafter's workshop och gjort blommor på olika ställen på kortbasen med distress ink Peacock Feathers. Sen har jag ritat runt kanterna med en bra svart penna.
En bil washi-tape och en liten bit från Teresa Collins borders samt ord utskrivna på Printable vellum sen var det klart!

Life is good ♥ Summer stories

When the weather gets colder I like to think back and remember those Summer Stories, when Life is good.

This is a page using Teresa Collins Summer Stories and Crafter's Workshop Stencils. The Titel is cut out using the Silhouette and the Flower is from Petaloo.

När vädret blir kallare  gillar jag att tänka tillbaka på sommaren när livet var enkelt och gott.

På den här layouten har jag använt Teresa Collins Summer Stories och Crafter's Workshop stenciler. Jag har skurit ut titeln med Silhouetten och blomman kommer från Petaloo.

I made the background using 4 different stencils from Crafter's Workshop and 3 different distress inks.

Bakgrunden är gjord med 4 olika stenciler från Crafter's Workshop och 3 olika färger på distresser.
