Foxy Paws Too Lost In You is from the Christmas 2014 collection. It’s a gorgeous dark plum purple holo with a lovely holo effect, also fully visible in indoor light! It is fairly opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite. The dry time is really, really good!

Foxy Paws You Saucy Minx swatches

Foxy Paws You Saucy Minx is part of the 2014 Christmas Collection. It is a gorgeous magenta scattered holo with holo micro flakies, I absolutely adore it!! Like the other Foxy Paws Polishes it dries quickly, and you see it in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.

Foxy Paws Oh, That’s Intense! is from The Holiday Collection. It is a gorgeous rich purple holo with tiny holo micro glitters – I love it! It was fairly opaque in one coat, but this is two really quick drying coats with a coat of Seche Vite.

Foxy Paws When You're Gone swatches

Foxy Paws When You’re Gone is a special edition created for Charlotte’s wedding in 2015. It is a really gorgeous royal blue jelly packed with royal blue, holo glitters in various sizes and a sprinkle of gold glitter. I was happy to see that it only took two rich coats for opacity, so that’s what you see with a coat of Seche Vite.

Glow in the dark polishes from Well Nails/Foxy Paws and Serum No 5

Indie meets indie sandwich - Artsy Wednesday

 

 

This weeks theme in Artsy Wednesday is a jelly sandwich.

The base color is a pretty green from Pirate Polish Poison Apple and the pretty glitter is from our first and very talented Danish indie polish maker Well Nails Did You Just Mosbe me? To create the sandwich I chose a shimmer because I only have a few jellies and they are dark, so I guess this is a shimmelly sandwich ;) It’s the super sheer and very shimmery light green L.A. Colors Green Tea. Finally I wanted to mattify it with Essie matte About You – and even after 2 coats the shimmer still stood out. I felt it was a bit too busy for nail art – so are rare sight, my nails without nail art....

Well Nails - my 5 picks, the glow in the dark was not yet available, otherwise I would have bought that one too!

Denmark's first (as far as I know) indie nail polish brand is a reality – Well Nails that is open for business as off today, go to shop HERE – prepare yourself for at glitter-fest in this post!!
I have no complaints at all - they are easy to work with - are very beautiful, what's not to like...?
