Chanel Velvet Mat Top Coat - Rouge Allure Velvet collection fall 2011 swatches

Chanel Velvet Mat Top Coat – is from the Rouge Allure Velvet coll. fall 2011: Rose Exuberant 519, Rose Cache 521 and Velvet Mat Top Coat, and Pirate 08 was repromoted.

Used over other polishes it gives a perfect matte finish, I really like this matte top coat.

I’m showing it over various colors and close ups.

In the above 2 photos you see Velvet Mat Top Coat over random polishes: China Glaze Riveting, NfuOh 51 over eggplant purple, NfuOh 60 over black and on the pinkie is Shimmer Karina.

Chanel Rose Cache 521 - Rouge Allure Velvet collection fall 2011 swatches

Chanel Rose Cache 521 – is from the Rouge Allure Velvet coll. fall 2011: Rose Exuberant 519, Rose Cache 521, Velvet Matte TopCoat, and Pirate 08 was repromoted.

Rose Cache is a brown toned nude with a subtle rose hue and a subtle pink shimmer – and it is clearly not a good match to my fair skin tone, although I like it better on photos than in person. But I needed this one to complete the 2011 Chanel releases, and found a used bottle at a good price.

You see 2 coats without a top coat.

Later today I'm showing Rose Exuberant 519, and Velvet mat Top Coat is scheduled for one of the next days too!

Chanel Rouge Carat 587, Les Scintillances coll. Holiday 2011 swatches

The Mondays before Christmas I'm going to show you some Chanel Holiday nail polishes.

I already showed you: 2013/Rouge Rubis 677, 2006/Eclair 227, 2012/Malice 637, 2010/Pulsion 547 - and last will be 2009/Trapeze 367...
Chanel Rouge Carat 587 was the only polish in the Les Scintillances coll., Holiday 2011.

Rouge Carat is a glowing and perfect red with a glorious shimmer – I LOVE this gorgeous red, and am happy to have at least one back up.

It is opaque in 1 coat, but here you see 2 coats without a top coat, and look how it shines.

The application is a breeze and the dry time is good.

Mandagene før jul vil jeg vise nogle Chanel jule lakker.

Jeg har allerede vist: 2013/Rouge Rubis 677, 2006/Eclair 227, 2012/Malice 637, 2010/Pulsion 547- og den sidste bliver 2009/Trapeze 367.
Chanel Rouge Carat 587 var den eneste neglelak i Les Scintillances kollektionen, julen 2011.

Rouge Carat er en glødende og perfekt rød med et fantastisk shimmer – jeg ELSKER denne smukke røde, og jeg er glad for at have mindst en back up.

Den dækker allerede ved et lag, men her ser du 2 lag uden toplak, og se som den alligevel skinner.

Den var super let at lægge og tørretiden er god.

Dior Merveille 651, Les Rouges Or coll. Holiday 2011 swatches - Collaboration Saturday

On this Collaboration Saturday together with my friend Elena from PicturedTinsel I am today showing:
Dior Merveille 651 from the 2011 Holiday collection Les Rouges Or - it's a gorgeous red a beautiful golden shimmer.
The formula is flawless and the dry time is good. It can be used as a one-coater, but here you see 2 coats without a top coat.
På denne Collaboration Saturday sammen med min veninde Elena fra PicturedTinsel viser jeg i dag:
Dior Merveille 651 fra 2011 julekollektionen Les Rouges Or - det er en smuk rød med et smukt gyldent shimmer.
Den er let at arbejde med og tørretiden er god. Den kan bruges som en et-lags, men her ser du to lag uden toplak.

Dior Apparat 871, Les Rouges Or coll. Holiday 2011 swatches - Collaboration Saturday

On this Collaboration Saturday together with my friend Elena from PicturedTinsel I am today showing:

Dior Apparat 871 from the 2011 Holiday collection Les Rouges Or - it's a gorgeous warm-toned wine red with touch of rust and it has a beautiful golden shimmer, not as golden as the bottle leads you to think.
The formula is flawless and the dry time is good. You see 2 coats without a top coat.

Dior Apparat 871 fra 2011 julekollektionen Les Rouges Or - det er en smuk warmtonet vinrød med et strejf af rust og den har et smukt gyldent shimmer, der ikke er så udtalt gylden som flasken kunne få en til at tro.
Lakken er let at arbejde med og tørretiden er god. Du ser her to lag uden toplak.

China Glaze Ahoy - swatches & review

Today I have a very quick little swatch & review.....

China Glaze Ahoy! is from the Anchors Away coll. 2011. It's a juicy berry red with with a heavy and gorgeous load of shimmer - it reminds me of sherbet. This is 2 coats, no top coat. Application is easy and it dries quickly.
China Glaze Ahoy! er fra Anchors Away coll. 2011. Det er en "saftig" bær rød med en masse dejlig shimmer - den minder mig on en sorbet. Du ser den ehr i 2 lag, uden top coat, den er let at lægge og tørrer hurtigt.
