Snow Cute

Good Morning
Hope you're having better weather than we are here in the north. Very wet and windy here!
So perfect for a wintry card!

i wanted to use cotton wool for snow but didn't have any so ended up using a dry wet wipe!

Home

I needed to make a House type card for a friend who is moving this weekend so this stamp from the Little whispers Unity set was perfect.


I stamped on white card and coloured in the houses before colouring in the background in a pale pink to compliment the red.
I used some button and ribbon to finish off, i'm loving buttons right now!

The Right Words

Morning!
Today i made a very quick and easy card using the Unity The Right Words set.


It was easy because I simply stamped inside the circle embellishment and then added ribbon and a couple of heart pins. Very simple, a card in 10 mins!

Little Whispers

Friendship Card

Good morning everyone, hope you're having a good week.
Today i've used part of the July Store Kit called The Right Words which i recently got and am looking forward to using!


Firstly i stamps the image and cute out leaving a gap at the bottom for the ribbon.
The card is 3 different patterned papers layered up and then the quote placed on top with foam pads.
I finished it off with a couple of leaf pins and a little flower jewel.

Love Ewe

I really love this stamp, it's so cute! It's a single Unity stamp that can be found here.


I stamped the image on white card and coloured in the sheep, then coloured some green grass and blue sky before cutting it out.

Happy Wednesday

This is my first post in a while as i've been off sunning myself so hope all our followers are well!

Today i've made a card using the Quote Bundle again which is fab! I can't believe how big the stamps are in this pack, great for layouts as well as cards.


I added a few buttons and fibres to brighten this card up a bit. Can't remember the last time i used fibres!

I'm just loving this as i can make so many different cards for so many occasions.
Today i used this fab quote using my favourite colours, brown and green.


Sorry i don't know what the paper is, it was an offcut. The brown is the reverse side of it.

Quote Bundle

What a fabulous bundle this pack is. The stamps are really big so ideal for cards and layouts or gifts.

You're a Natural

Good Morning everyone.
Today i'm sharing a card made using the Naturally You set which is part of the May Kit of the Month.


I using the floral corner stamp on the square card and then mounted the 'You're a Natural' phrase onto coordinating card and then added the flowers.
It's such a versatile kit.

Girlie Birthday Card

Pretty in Purple

How gorgeous is this Naturally You set?!!!! I think it's my favourite Unity set of the moment. It's the May Kit of the Month as can be bought as the full set or just this half. Check it out here.

Today i have this card using all shades of purple. Very simple to do. It's just layers of Bazzill and paper. The top piece of bazzill has been stamped with the flower stamp and the title foam mounted on top. A touch of ribbon finishes it off.

A Royal Celebration

Hi everyone, thanks for dropping by.

How cute is this set from My Cute Stamps? I can't wait to play more with it. Also check out the other 'My Cute Stamps', they're adorable!


For this card I used the Princess and the butterfly stamps. I inked and then added stickles glitter to the Butterflies. The sentiment is a free digi one you can get here. I thought it went perfectly with the set!

A summery 'You're a Doll'

Thought i'd use this stamp on a bright card this time as we are now in May(saying that, it's still cold!)
I've used Gin X paper mainly for this one with a few buttons and coloured the dolly stamp in with bright, bold colours. The sticthing effect in orange at the top and bottom is also a stamp in the set.

When i first got these stamps i thought they would be difficult to use but i have been surprised actually with how easy it has been.
The stitching effect stamp around the outside of the patterned paper is also a stamp from the set.

Unity - You're a Doll

Hi Everyone
This is my first blog post for Make The Day Special and i'm very excited to be joining some fabulous ladies on the Design Team.

How cute is this stamp? It's from the Unity You're a Doll set which includes 10 gorgeous stamps.
I used Copics to colour in the picture and didn't want to make it too garish so used softer colours that complimented the paper.
