Good Morning, my friends,

 today I show you a condolence card. Sometimes it just needs one of them. I created it for a friend, she didn’t want the black & white regular one, so I “pepped” it up a bit.

 

  I stamped and heat embossed the flower on a piece of an old book page and distressed the edges. I stamped the sentiment, matted it and adhered everything on red cardstock. I put another sentiment on the inside as comforting words.

Christmas Cards ► Rubber Dance Art Stamps

Hi folks,

I'm thru, at least I think I am.

I made so many Christmas Cards this year using the new set from Rubber Dance Stamps *Textured Christmas Green*. It was so quick and easy once I had the Master Boards ready. They really took the longest, since all panels needed time to dry.

This is the card I show on the blog today ....

 Don't worry I don't post them all, I just wanted to show you how different they look when using different colours of ink and embossing powder:

Heat Embossing at UYS

Hi Peeps,

it's my turn to challenge you this week at "USE YOUR STUFF".

I'd love to see some heat embossing on your creations, preferably in GOLD. It's just the time of the year where the golden embossing fits so well, don't you think?

I created a Christmas Card using the Darkroom Door text stamp and the bauble from the

"Brushed Christmas Vol 2" set. It's my most versatile set for Christmas Cards.

Hatching, Matching and Dispatching!

Good morning folks and welcome to our new theme at The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!

One of the most difficult challenges ever .... at least for me.

I decided to take *Dispatching*. I had to get some explanation from my Canadian Sistahs, I didn't know what they were talking about :(

I'm not really satisfied with my card, but I had such a hard time coming up with ANYTHING at all, my thinking hat already slumped over my eyes after wearing it for so long :(

It's all about layers .....

.... at the Rubber Dance Stamps Challenge blog this month.

I will enter this card and hope to win some Rubbah :)

I inked my background with distress ink in different colors and stamped the net. I adhered some hessian and added the panel with my image on pop dots. Some stamped words finished off my "summery" card :)

I created a birthday card with Darkroom Door stamps and added a little heart for fun :)

I also added some Perfect Pearls to make the tulips shimmer a little bit.

My latest publications in Take Ten ♥

Ok, ok, I know I'm always a very emotional person, but this time I just couldn't stop the flood.

I received my issue of the Stampington Magazin "Take Ten" and started leafing through it since I was notified about a publication. So I found two Christmas Cards and yet one more on the next page. I was so thrilled because these were really some of my favorites and I have made and sent many of them to my friends.

But, let me tell you 56 pages further into the magazine my heart simply missed many beats. On pages 106 AND 107 Devon gave me the opportunity to show 3 ATC's I created with my favorite stamps from Darkroom Door and another 3 cards with Invoke stamps and the backgrounds from Rubber Dance Stamps designed by Bibi Lindahl. A two page coverage, I have never experienced such a feeling of pride before.

I feel blessed ♥

Aargh, it happened again, I forgot to take pictures, I tried to scan the magazine page for the Invoke ATC's ....

Hello Crafty Peeps!

I love layers! And this is what our challenge at our Use Your Stuff Blog is all about, layers as many as you can think of.

I used texture paste, paper, a doily, a die cut piece, more paper, vellum and some wood veneer :)
