Hlo brings it raw with this new release on the fantastic French net label Sirona Records. This album was made completely with analog gear, no software involved, except for recording, something that is becoming exceedingly rare in these times of digital domination. Downtempo break beats, circuit bent spastic excrement. Hlo uses a extremely wide array of circuit bent instruments, including circuit bent CD players, something i find very cool. With every release, Hlo's work becomes more refined and focused. A very fun and interesting listen.

An early release from the fantastic label Love Torture Records. Zebra Mu accomplishes very aggressive, diverse noise through the use of various analogue equipment including circuit bent toys and self built instruments/devices. Its great to see someone making aggressive noise thats harsh without sounding like half the Harsh Noise artists out there. Alot of noise sounds like regurgitated crap from the last person. This album does not. Check it out, its FREE after all!
