Oh dear, I'm sorry I'm late again! Here at last is my card for the challenge at The Squirrel and the Fox and our theme is Spring or Autumn . Our fab sponsor is Oak Pond Creations who will reward a lucky winner with 3 free digis from their store! The DT were privileged to use images from OPC - I fell for Hide and Seek Ladybirds I think it's so pretty, and perfect for decoupage! So that is what I did! I went for 'Spring' (even though in the Northern Hemisphere we are heading towards Autumn!) The photo is at an angle to show the layers. I coloured everything with Promarkers and fussy cut the ladybirds and flower before layering with foam pads. The cute ladybirds have all been Glossy Accented! I layered the image on blue pearlised card, and used my Corner Chomper to chomp the corners! The papers are a magazine freebie, they are Raspberry Road 'Love Lives Here.' I used a Cheery Lynn flourish die for the vines, and the flowers are made with Woodware ...

Good morning! Over at The Squirrel and the Fox we have a great new challenge - All Creatures, Great and Small! We'd like to see cards with animals - or fish or insects or even dinosaurs! Our lovely sponsor is Oak Pond Creations and a very lucky winner can pick 3 of their fabulous digis! Not too shabby, eh?! Isn't this the most wonderful fox family? A very lovely friend of mine is moving home to Scotland next week, and this is the card I made her. She has 3 bright, fun daughters, so as soon as I saw this image I knew it was just right for her! I used the Spellbinders Filigree Delight die to emboss a card base made with Centura Pearl. I added some pearls in the corners and the middle of the sides. I used all the russet coloured Promarkers to colour the image, plus some green for the grass they are sitting on. The sparkly organza ribbon and the diamante buckle are from stash. The DT were given some digis to play with, and I fell for this fabulous image at once! Apologies for the faded picture, the colours are brighter irl! I used Promarkers, and distressed round the image with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink. The heart has been Glossy Accented. The mats have all been cut with a Nestie.
