Madcap Manor

Hi, guys! It's been a frustrating week, since the Internet has not been full of love for the Manor recently. So I recalled the cavalry and he galloped to the rescue and fixed our Router! Honestly, my massive Olympia typewriter, which I was only just tall enough to look over, never had these problems! Though you did have to BANG on the keys - no power assisted steering on an Olympia, no sir! This card I made last week for a little girl at the Toddler Club, who's going on to school. Stamps are LotV, flowers are Wild Orchid. I can't find the list of Promarkers, sorry, guys! Papers are MME, and I glittered the edges. The leaf is a Woodware punch. Oh goodness, I'm watching Robert Plant on an archive 'Later With Jools Holland.' Ace music - but Jools has long hair!! It does look odd! Thanks for looking, all, and have a good weekend! luv, Mags x

This very pink card is for a little girl at the Toddler Group, who's been with us for 3 years and is off to school next term. All little girls love pink! The lovely sketch is by Bev for this week's Lili of the Valley Challenge The adorable image and the sentiment are LotV, the papers are MME, a freebie from a mag last year (love these papers!), the flowers are Wild Orchid and the lace is from Hoddesdon Market! I distressed with Spun Sugar DI and stickled the wings, the dandelions and round all the edges. The leaves are a Woodware punch. It's a simply glorious spring day out there! I'm going to hang out the washing now - what a difference it makes when the sheets have hung outside, they smell so fresh!
