Here was a record with compositions from Dutch composers Klaas de Vries and Peter-Jan Wagemans....

In 12 years of blogging this is only the third or the fourth time or so I've got a complaint.... What's kinda funny to me is that it's NEVER from Indonesia, I actually only got big thank you's from artists and/or their family members, these complaints, so far, are always coming from Western countries and they always are about truly very obscure and very old ( I consider everything older than say 25 years VERY old) recordings.... Copyrights is a complicated issue. In most cases (specially in the Indonesian context) it almost NEVER does the artist any good, only the companies owned by very rich individuals.... I also think copyrights should not go on for longer than maybe 5, maybe 10 years or so.... What these people who do the complaining fail to see, specially with obscure stuff like this recording is that blogs like my blog give these artists/recordings exposure that they otherwise would not have, leading (sometimes) to more sales, this has been proven time and time again.....

As we say here in Sundanese.... Lieur pisan deui......
