Challenge #123 at Love to Create

Morning lovely folks! Today is the start of another new challenge at Love to Create. This week it's up to you... to a certain extent! Do you prefer Fussy and Fancy or Clean and Layered - those are your options and other than that, it's up to you! I have gone for Clean and Layered and used an image from Art by MiRan who is our sponsor this week.
I have coloured the image with promarkers and cut her to size, mounting her on lilac card. The gingham background paper is from Craftwork Cards as is the sentiment. I've not used any 3D foam to keep the card nice and flat and tried very hard not to add candi or other embellishments to keep it clean!
I will enter this card in the following challenges:
Art by MiRan Challenge - #9 Anything Goes

Thanks for looking!

Monochrome & Ribbon Challenge at Love to Create

This week we have a fabulous Monochrome & Ribbon challenge at Love to Create and are sponsored by Art by MiRan. I have used the Lola Cabaret image and gone with my favourite - Purple!

I've coloured her using Promarkers in various purple shades and kept her skin quite light.

The papers are from my stash and layered on purple pearlescent paper. The corners are from Cheery Lynn and I've added a feather and bow with pins to finish.

I will be entering this at the the following challenges:
Art by MiRan challenge blog - Anything Goes
Aurora Wings - Monochrome Challenge
Stamps+Fun=Creativity - #199 Sketch
Craft-Dee Bows - AG with a Handmade Bow (CDB12)
Fitztown Challenge - #32 Anything Goes
My Craft Creations - Always Anything Goes

Stepper Card Challenge at Love to Create

We have a fabulous new sponsor this week at Love to Create. Art by Mi Ran is an etsy shop full of gorgeous images - she's also got a blog here for more information. I used a winter girl with snowflakes and coloured her with promarkers. I've added Star Dust Stickles and Opal White Liquid Pearls to the snow on the picture.

The card is covered with some older Craftwork Cards winter papers and I've used Die'sire snowflake dies to cut white snow embellishments. The smaller ones are from Robert Adams.

I hope you will join us for this challenge, we look forward to seeing what you create!
