Here is the lace version of the Darling Darling Stay With Me Shawlette! *yey*

Facts:
Pattern - my design: Darling Darling Stay With Me Shawlette
Materials: 51 grams lace weight yarn - tULLiBaLL`s I en tynn tråd; 4,5 mm needles.

I chose to block this shawl, and it is cool to see how different the same pattern can turn out using different yarns. =)

As usual, the shawlette is named after a songtitle! I like the Hellacopters cover the best, so here it is - Darling Darling:

Too Deep?

The pattern was full of errors, so I had to knit through it once more. And STILL it had errors... *lol*

This time I used ca. 52 grams handspun merino on 5 mm needles. The colour is Bruised Grape - handdyed by Trenchwork. Love it! Supersoft and squishy to spin and knit! =)

Jeg har store forventninger til skiva til det norske bandet Oslo Ess som slippes i mars. Skiva heter Uleste Bøker Og Utgåtte Sko, og jeg har allerede spilt i filler promoen vi har her... *ler*

Herlig forfriskende, melodiøs rock med norske tekster. Synger bra gjør de, også!
Og Ja - jeg har selvsagt forhåndsbestilt skiva! Det kan du gjøre, også - her! ;)

The new album is called True Love Cast Out All Evil, and features 13 songs written at various points in Roky`s troubled life. In these songs he narrates the incredible story in his unique voice.

And I love him still! =)


Here is some of his other songs - they sound just as great today as they did when they where recorded years back! It`s rare that recordings "holds up" this good, I think. Enjoy! =)
