A Headcoat in bulky yarn =)

Finally I have tried out the pattern in bulky yarn. It feels great - bur the brown colour is just too light to suit me... But I will give it another go in a darker brown yarn. =)

Pattern: Tempo`s Headcoat designed by me.
Usage: 80 grams Rauma Puno on 5 mm needles for a medium sized hat.

It`s finished! *yey*

I have made another Rose Red Headcoat - this time in a dark blue Faerytale alpaca, with small flecks of purple in it. The photos are too dark to really show the beautiful colour...

Rose Red Headcoat! =) 18 days left...

I finished another Christmas-gift last night - a Red Rose hat with a brim. It looks better on me than on the photos. *lol*

The First Headcoat - finally gifted! =)

I used about 85 grams Shetland Soft - two threads held together on 4mm needles from Malsen og Mor on this headcoat. This was my first attempt to make a brimmed cap. I LOVE the color! And I am very happy with how the top-down cable-pattern turned out. =)

The 12-year-old girl that got it for her birthday was very happy, too! *yey*

Cabled Headcoat =)

This Cabled Headcoat has been finished for some days waiting for the camera. It`s knitted in a thin

Usage: ca. 85 gr. thin 2-threads wool from Holst garn - 2 threads held together on 4mm needles.

Another Headcoat! =)

And I have been asked for the Headcoat-pattern, so I have worked with writing the pattern down these last days. I have also knitted another one - and this fits my head perfectly. Well - at least before washing... I wonder if the yak will grow a bit after washing... Hm...

Pattern: My design - mono`s Headcoat.
Usage: ca. 86 gr. - one thread brown yak/merinowool from Stäkets Hantverk & Design and one thread blue wool from Holst Garn. Both fingering weights. I used both 4mm and 3mm needles.

Tempo`s Headcoat! =)

My dear boyfriend Tempo has finally gotten his mono-made cap - Tempo`s Headcoat!
I have looked high and low for a cool pattern, but we have not been fully happy with any of them... SO - I designed one myself! *lol*

It is very simpel - but Tempo loves it! =)
