These colorful socks will brighten up even the darkest, coldest winter day! Totally not what I expected from looking at the yarn! They were fun to knit, you never knew what color would turn up next. Since they are so bright and whimsical and remind me of Robin William's suspenders, they are hereby dubbed my Nanu Nanu Noro socks! (Colorway S182).

I have never read a Harry Potter book and I only saw the first movie which made me horribly seasick during the Quiddich scene but even I know these latest socks are Hogwart colors! The basket weave socks are done! One side has the gold 'lightning bolt' and the other has a white one. Pretty psychadelic but I like the basketweave pattern. It's made from Socks that Rock yarn that came in my Rocking Sock Club packet. I decided to go in a different direction with it! "Happiness is an attitude. Not much time to post. It's been a heckuva weekend, but wanted to post a picture of Mr. Bee's finished Maple Leaf socks and an awesome lighthouse tapestry that I found at a yardsale this weekend for $2! It totally goes in our Master Bedroom! Went yard sale-ing and to the Alpaca festival on Saturday with friend-D and then Mr. Bee's folks came down from Marshfield way today for a visit so we went to lunch and to see Mr. Bee's new office....and played with Ben of course! Was a nice day. Now I'm going to catch up on laundry!
