Pink Saturday - 1930s Lingerie Lace Trims

Just a very short Pink Saturday post today as my DH and DS3 are returning from France this afternoon, and I am way too excited to sit on the computer for long.

I found these beautiful lace trims at a vide greniers in France this summer. I have them in the sweet light sky blue as well, but the ones I am showing you today are a very lightest soft shell pink and so beautiful. I was planning to use one on a really dainty lacy collage or pillow or perhaps even a small bag. What would you do with some of these? -

Have a great weekend wherever you are, go find some fabulous bargains, craft something wonderful, and above all have fun!

Sweet Vintage Trims

I had been cutting various vintage trims for some tags I wanted to make. They looked so pretty laid out on the table and I spent some time thinking about how I was going to put them together. Whilst pondering on that, I started reading my emails and found out that its Market Day over at Etsy Cottage Style!

So I decided to put together a few little embellishment packs with colour co-ordinated trims for you to use in your collages, tags, little pillows etc., and put them in my blogshop HERE -

I have also started to put some things together for my soon-to-come giveaway! More about that tomorrow though.
