DT - Vintage Ufordring - ''Host Gifts''

New challenge over at Vintage Ufordring right now! :D
And this challenge will run throughout December!
The challenge 33 is to make a gift to a party host of some sort, f.ex to those who are to host the new year party :D

I have made a little something to my mother and father in-law, who are to hold our family christmas gathering this year :D
I have decorated an pyramid mach-box, using sponsored things from Stampalkällern (who are s ponsoring this challenge over at vintage Ufordring) and used papers from Riddersholm :D

I have collored the image with distress ink - o'boy It's bin ages since I colored with those, and it was a bit hard to do agian, but I think I got it OK :P
Also used on match-box: DP from Riddersholm, image from Stampelkällarn, scheeze cloth, MS snowflakes, pearls, chistmas ribbon, MS hart border punch, glitterstick.
Used on the candles: christmas theamed napkin, used tecnique as heat-tool and baking paper, decorated with hart laces, leafs from hobbykunst and flowers from I am roses, perl-pin decore is from Nille.

DT - Vintage Udfordring # 32

I've used: bazzil and old book pages, Riddersholm Design Papers, tag, ribbon and twine are from Riddersholm too. Other things used are: flowers and roses from kort & godt, leafs from Hobbydesign, cheeze cloth, the image are from Sarah Kay and are colored with Touch Markers.

Tiny baby shoes

This is my DT-creation for Vintage Udfordring, that has theire challenge #30 out now! :D
The task for you this time, is monokromatic - use just one color at your prodject. You can use different tones in that color you chose to use :D
Sherry Lynn Designs is the sponsor of the prize this time! :D

Here is my card -
I have chosen the colour shades of Brown :D

for papers I have used: carton, pattern papers from Maja Deisign (ehm...I think it was....)
the big doilie in the background is from a Sherry Lynn Designs Dies, the little one is from Nellie Snellen Die, also used pearl bling from Papirdesign, roses and lace from Kort&Godt and Leafs from Hobbykunst, the pin I bough at Lillestrøm, the text is from North Star Stamps.
The Image I am not sure where is from because I got it from a friend - but I have colored it with my Touch Markers.
All edges has a stroke of distress ink pumice stone

Anything goes Vintage

Today I finally have a Vintage card to show you again :)
I really injoyed making this card.
This is my DT -Card for Vintage Udfordring aswell, where the challenge (starting today: 15th of Septbember) is: Anything Goes
But remember: It must be in Vintage! :D

I've used papers from Maja Design, the frame and laces and metall flower is from Aud Kirsten (who is sponsoring this challenge over at Vintage Udfordring).
I have aslo used tags, pearl'flower', roses and small roses - all from kort & godt, and pearl bling from bazzil. Aslo used Cheeze cloth and crakle paint.

Cute Birthday with Pion Design

It's in the middle of the night, and here I sit all alone in the house.
Husband and kids are at the cabbin, while I am stuck at work still :P
And when I'm alone, well I just cant make my bedtime like I should...
So here I sit, and when I do, I can show you my next card that I have in line for you to see :D
This card I made to Vintage Udfordring as my DT - Creation.
And this time -challenge 25 - is all about using 3 different type of punchers or nestabillies etc.
I have used a spellbinder nestabillies to cut out image, and a round corner punch for the head text and the final punch is my MS butterfly punch :D looooove it :)
I really injoyed making this card, I have used my sewing machine again, I just love that little extra tutch that it does to the prodject :D

I have agian used those loooovely papers from Pion Design, cant get enough of those papers :D
other things I have used are: laces, pearl bling, roses, mini gardenia (both from storyteller), a ''bambie'' charm, glitter stick and ribbon.

It's alive!! ....

oooo yes it is, 'It' is around! -lol-

There has just not bin any extra time for me to pop by my blog for some update on my creations.
sorry about that.
O' Boy do I have lots of creations to show you, that has not bin shown here at my site before!
I also have som cards that I have not published at all, too!! :D

But today, while my kids still are sitting patient around the table, eating, I have time for a tiny update for you.
Today I will show you the card that I made as my DT creation for Vintage Udfordring, challenge 23 (not the ongoing, but the last challenge)

Here it is, hope you like it :D

I've used papers from PION DESIGN, distressed every edges with distress ink, used my Sewing-machine alot!, all the stamps are from Kreativ Hobby. Other tings I've used is; old book page, waved paper, roses, bling swirl, diff laces

lots of lots of vintage layers

Hi again :D
This is my second post today, please scroll down to see the first one :)

Vintage Udfordring Challenge Blog is now having its challenge nr. 23 out!
And this time we want you to use THIS picture in you creations. You can make what ever you like, you can even do what ever you like to do with the picture, just that we can see that is that picture you use :D But just remember one great roole that we have, and that is that what ever you make, it has to be in Vintage! :D

For my DT-creation I decorated a box that I had after some confetti last cristmas ( I knew it would come to use one day -lol-)
All carton paper and design paper I have submerge in water and glimmer mist (walnut gold), curled it all up and let dry over night. And got really a layer layer look :D I have done something simmular with the picture, used glossy accent and put it in the freecer and after a bad try on that I put a paper over it at pulled off again and got an old shimmer look at it, so in the end it turned out great :D The butterfly is made out of Nelli Snellen corner dies that I punched out from the paper I used to pull off the image with, and got a shimmer look at the butterfly aswell :D The borders around the box is made out of my Martha Stewert punch 'lace', two different colors of layer :) The two big flowers are home made out of my Marianne Design flower dies and old song book pages. And in all I have teared up all edges and inked with distress ink, decorated with differents laces, ribbon, swirl bling from prima, heart brad, staples and different flowers from kort & godt. I also have used tag from Kort & Godt, spellbinder dies, golden brads and the text stamp are from Kreativ Hobby :D

Vintage Birthday Card With Harts

Hello into the night :D
This is my second post for ''today'' :)
And now I have a card to show you that I made for Vintage Udfordring's Challenge nr 21.
I really played with small roses here and with my new hart dies from Nelli Snellen :D
Here is my DT-Card;

I've used: can't remember the pattern papers I've used here, sorry... but other things I have use are; corners from Kort&Godt, Roses from Storyteller, tag cut out from Kort&Godt and pearls from Kort&Godt :)

Vintage Eastern Card & Egg

Good Morning!

Today it is the 16th of April and that meens that both Kort 'O' Mania Challenge Blog & Vintage Udfordring Challenge Blog are having a new challenge out today!!
And this time I kind of ''struck 2 flies in a smack'', LOL -don't know how to say it in english though, but in norwegian we have a saying that say: ''å slå 2 fluer i en smekk'' (smack 2 flies in a pack??)

Eeeeenyway! :P

For my DT-Design for Kort 'O' Mania I made a Card, the challenge this time over at Kort 'O' Mania, is Vintage! (Challenge 38) - You can make what ever you like, but it has to be in the style Vintage!
And since Vintage Udfordring is all about Vintage, and our challenge over there this time is all about Eastern (challenge 20) - I found out that I could make a set.
So I decorated an egg and made a card that matched :D

This is the DT- card that I made for Kort 'O' Mania Challenge blog;

Here I have used pattern papers from Pion Design, and cut out the cute bunny from Pion paper :), I have also used old book pages that I have attached with Gel Medium (like decoupage) on top of some cardstock, other things I have used are; MS punchers, Spellbinder dies, bronce flowers from kort & godt, stapels, flowers from kort&godt and I am Roses, those pearl things are also from kort&godt, used two different laces from Leanne.no, the text stamp ''god påske'' are from North star stamps

Here are the Egg that I made for my DT-creation for Vintage Udfordring;

The Egg it self was one I got from Nille just for 1,-NOK, I ripped off what it alreaddy was covered by, painted it with Gesso and than decorated it with old book pages using Gel Medium :)
The rest of the Egg I decorated as same as the card using brown card stock, papers from Pion Design, laces from Leanne.no etc etc :D
