:: Good Bye 2015 Hello 2016 ::

2015 has been a tough year for our family. Accidents and my total lack of energy have been no fun at all! So I really hope that 2016 will be a good year for all of us! I usually show my favorite work from the past year around New Year´s Eve but it feels as I have nothing to show you? I will dig deep and see what I will find ;)

I only created 29 layouts during 2015! That´s the least layouts during a year since I started back in 2006! Last year I created 104 så it´s a huge difference! Well, well now on to them I really liked 2015! I will soon also show you my ten favorite cards and off the page projects :)

:: We made an album to our friend ::

 I´m blessed with a large group of rellay close and nice scrap friends! Yesterday Malin celebrated her 40th birthday with a fab birthday bash. Unfortunately I got sick so I had to stay home but me and all my friends had made Malin an album as a gift. We all made one sheet about ourselves and we all answered the same questions so it turned out as a "My friends" book that we had when we were kids.
The album was a bit smaller than I´m used to work with so it was a bit of a challenge. My page is 19x20 cm large. I couldn´t use very thick flowers then the page wouldn´t fit in the album. I couldn´t be without flowers so I tried to find some less thick ones.

 I found some very old flowers from Prima. I layered them with some pistils.

 Our names are on each sheet so that she remember us when she´s eighty!

 I used beautiful papers from Blue Fern Studios and added black cardstock behind every edge. 

I also ueses a die from Memory Box that I bought from Pyssloteket and one frame die behind my photo from Spellbinders. Behind my tags I have text strips with my answers to the questions.

:: My Boys ::

I was one of the lucky winners at SATW this summer and got a amzing prize from Aida at 13arts! Here I used some of the papers, mist, gesso and paint that I got from her.

I just love this photo! Viggo was so proud when he drove our new motor boat a warm summer day! 

I added some flowers from Papirdesign and Wild Orchid Crafts. The metall sign is from Prima.

I used mist on a cheese cloth and added some rough string. Glass Glitter in gold from Prima.

The chipboard title is from Blue Fern Studios.

:: Grumpy Santa ::

Time for next projekt with Prima Victorian Christmas! I used papers from Prima and all flowers are from the same collection. I added some doilies and tags. My letters are from American Crafts.

I used both papers from a 6x6 paper pad and 12x12 sheets. I used my sewing machine on some of the edges and distressed all edges.

I used one very pretty die from Memory Box and added Rhinestones from Prima.

:: I´m back with a winner layout ::

Sorry for publishing so seldom in my blog! I have had almost zero energy to use for creative things. Although I have been at two crops and there I made some projects. Finally I took some photos of them and now I can show you some of my August and September projects.

This layout I made at a live crop for a sketch challenge. I won! Yay!

:: Layout for Hobbyworld august challenge ::

At the last minute I managed to get my layout for this challenge done! I have a hubbie at home with a broken arm so it´s not easy to get some alone time to create!

This month the theme for the challenge att Hobbyworld was Summer. 

 We bought a mototboat a few weeks before my hubbies injury. The photo of Viggo with the wind in his hair on the water and the sun shining is really summer for me!

 My background has many layers with Gesso, mists and different stamps. Really fun to make!

 I usedf flowers from Petaloo and Wild Orchid Crafts, chipboards from Blue Fern Studios, rhinestones and metal embellishment are from Prima.

:: Hobbyworld challenge July ::

I created a layout for Hobbyworlds July challenge. This month it was a sketch drawn by Katja.

I used papers from Blue Fern Studios. I cut different strips and used my sewing machine to add even more texture. I also used a stencil from Tim Holtz and lots of different paint and mediums.

The title is from Crate Open Book Collektion. The cute fabric buttons are also from the same collection. 

I painted my pretty Chipboards from Blue Fern Studios with paint from 13 arts.

Cool texture!

:: Prima BAP and Scrap around the world June ::

This is Prima BAP sketch for June and the Mood Board from Scrap Around the world.

I was inspired by the colors, the round shapes from one of the photos and the happiness words.

Here is my layout created after both sketch and Mood board.

Except the paint I used 100 % Prima products.

 Cute tazzle.

 Both new and older flowers.

 This frame I got from Frank Garcia as a gift when he was in Sweden 2014.

 Fun stamps from Ingvild Bolme, stickers and flowers. All from Prima.

:: One more for Hobbyworld May challenge ::

I also made a layout after Hobbyworlds May challenge. It´s fun to see how different the finished projects turned out. I used lot´s of different Mixed-media techniques on this page. As background paper I used a paper from Blue Fern Studios.

 I used a bunch of tags and a frinche from Heidi Swapp. The Rhinestones are from Papirdesign.

 I also used a stencil with Gesso over. Then I spryed with Dylusions mist and dripped some Acrylic Ink with water. I used a circle stamp from Prima and Embossing Enamel. Last I added some rub-ons from Tim Holtz and doodled a bit. A really fun layout to make but really hard to take good photos of it! I hate when this happens!
