ABC's of Haloween

I finally finished ABC's of Halloween  :-) I started this at the beginning of February 2012! It's great to have it done in time for halloween this year  :-)

 I used the called for fabric and floss, and found a frame at a local shop which fit perfectly!

Time for a new start :-)

I picked up the chart and floss on ebay for less than a third of the retail value :-) and used the saving to buy the fabric.

I love it already :-) And I should have plenty of time to get it finished and framed in time for halloween :-)

ABC Halloween!

I have been stitching on ABC Halloween during the last week and this is my progress so far. I am sorry to have to put it away now for gift stitching a few of which will be Lizzie Kate so I will be back to show what I can.

SAL progress!

I am stitching ABC Halloween for both Monday and Friday night's SAL. I won this in a giveaway from Danielle who got as far as the moon. I have stitched from the "b" and this is my progress up until Friday. As it is Monday I am off to stitch on it again and hopefully post my progress a bit sooner.

late update

Sorry I didn't up date last week so I have 2 pictures to show this week. One I finished last week and the other I finished this past Monday. I have been busy organizing my DMC floss the past week so I have not been doing much stitching. But I am almost done I am working on the 900's right now.

I am thinking that I will make these two into small pillows

A Finish and a Start

I finished this earlier this week and framed it and

it is now hanging in my kitchen.

So this weekend I rounded up the stuff for my new start

 which I decided was going to be

So Monday came around and I had 3 grandkids here

they had to go to swimming lessons in the morning

home for lunch and the little one needed a nap.

Then to the boys last Baseball game,

then supper for everyone and then company came

over for birthday cake. Who's birthday you ask?

It was mine not that I celebrate any more

(after 50 who keeps counting). Anyway back to

Stitching. I did get a little done last night and a little

this morning.
