Wags n Whiskers - New technique challenge

Happy Friday everyone!  If you are like me you are enjoying some beautiful weather but hopefully you can still make some time to join in this week's challenge at Wags n' Whiskers.  This week's challenge is New Technique...we'd love to see you try a new technique that you've never done before. I don't remember what this one is called but if you see the two papers behind the image, they are in strips and alternate.  I saw this on Splitcoast and thought it would make a great background.

Stamp and Create - Inspiration Post

Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you all had a very nice weekend.  Mine was very relaxing...I told hubby that since this was our first weekend in a long time with nothing planned, I wasn't going to do anything and I didn't LOL  Since it's Monday, it also means a new inspiration post for Stamp and Create...

I used A Letter for Me by Sylvia Zet and the adorable image was colored in with Copics.  She used some adorable baby boy inspired papers (can't remember the brand), ribbon and sentiment block and then paired it up with some bling :)

Crafter's Companion - Anything Goes Challenge

Had a bunch of spare time this weekend (actually I decided I wasn't doing anything) so I was able to sit down and make a card with some of my favorite stamps.  I just love S.W.A.L.K stamps and couldn't resist pulling out this little princess and making a card for the Crafter's Companion Anything Goes Challenge that they currently have going on.
