The Doodle Garden - Patriotic Challenge

Happy Saturday everyone! Welcome to another monthly challenge with The Doodle Garden.  This month's challenge is PATRIOTIC. For this month's challenge I wanted to use a nontraditional image for my card and loved how it came out.  I used "Go Team" for my card and colored her in with reds and blues.

Oddball Stamps - Anything Goes

I am SO excited for today's post as it's my first one as a dt member for Oddball Stamps!!  I have been a huge fan of Lizzy's work for a long time (sadly haven't had time to play with any of the images) so when I was asked to be on the team I had to say yes :)

As for every month, the first challenge is anything goes so I used this amazing fairy which you can find here in the store.

The Doodle Garden - Inspiration pst

  I absolutely enjoyed coloring this image in and wanted something cheerful :)   The name of the image is "keep smiling" and can be found here in the store.

Melonheadz - For Kids/Use a kid image

OMG I realized that this card never got posted for the current challenge at Melonheadz...Great news is you still have one week to join in on the challenge

Just a quick reminder of our rules - you are not required to use an image from MELONHEADZ ETSY SHOP, but if you do, you can enter as many times as you like and your theme will be anything goes.  If you choose not to use an image from Melonheadz, that is fine too, but then you must follow the challenge theme and are allowed 2 entries per person.

Our challenges run just about 2 weeks, so this challenge will end at 11:55pm EDT on July 6.  Random prize winner will get 1 Bundle of Choice from MELONHEADZ ETSY SHOP, what an awesome prize!!

Our challenge this time is to make a PROJECT (card or other papercrafting item) that shows us FOR KIDS/USE KID IMAGE.   You can find all sorts of amazing images over at MELONHEADZ ETSY SHOP which are perfect for this challenge and you will probably find some FREEBIES over on the MELONHEADZ ILLUSTRATIONS BLOG.

Our DT gals have also provided some wonderful samples to get your mojo flowing using images from MELONHEADZ ETSY SHOP .  If you have a chance, I'm sure they'd love a visit to their personal blogs.

For my card today I used golfing Brendan and kept the layout of the card pretty simply as the images is just adorable on it's on :)
