Dear Diary - Elizabeth McGuire, 1763

I enjoyed stitching this picture so much! It reminds me to a book that I read many times when I was a child: Little house in the big woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I am going to make it into a Christmas present and it will be on the top of a wooden box.

Hannah Purington Finished

I finished LHN's Hannah Purington yesterday afternoon. I don't feel as though my ecru stitches are very neat. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Another LHN RR

Just thought I would share another LHN RR with all of you. This RR belongs to Melissa; I had the pleasure of stitching the final square for her. Melissa asked each of us to stitch one of the squares from the Dear Diary series - great idea for a round robin! The square I stitched is in the middle on the bottom - "Kindness." I think it turned out great; this will go home to Melissa now.
